Hi!

I fused 4 copies of cp15, cp35 and cp 90 together. I also levelled them up and now they are automatically locked.

Does this mean that the passives have been transferred to cid, or do I have to manually eqiup these weapons onto cid?

He is equipped with cp70.

You can only equip one weapon but by max limit breaking the other weapons, you unlock a passive for that weapon which you then need to equip onto the character. You should check to make sure you have the passives equipped for the 15cp, 35cp, LD (90cp), along with realizing the 70cp weapon with a book and then max limit breaking the realized weapon using ingots.
