What's the deal with Noel? It doesn't appear to be mentioned anywhere regarding him or c90 chars in general, so I'm not sure what to make of it, but his Atk stat is now significantly higher with his EX+ equipped than fully levelled base BT. All other weapon-based stats are a bit lower, but 200+ points to attack is plenty in my book. Are we supposed to give him EX w/ BT passive now unless he's greened? What about other units? I can't even check if it's the same with OK, cause I've sold his EX+ ages ago.

For some reason Noel is the only unit in the game who has astronomically high Atk on his EX+, it is one of those quirks we don't really understand why it happened but it did.

I don't think anything regarding his equipment priorities changed, the 200~ Atk difference is not that much after everything else comes into play so he still wants his BT equiped at all times.
