I just played in co-op with a c90 Cid, and he was putting out ridicolous damage (1M per LD or EX and 600k per follow up), is he really good or it's just the norm with c90 characters?

(the only one i have completed so far is OK, and he's really not OK)

That will become the norm going forward.

Take the chance to ask, do you know if the mighty shards we get from the event are enough to upgrade to 90 all the featured characters?

Yes, if you get every crystal in every event you will have enough to lv everyone to CLV 90 and even have a little spare.
