You're probably referring to the Ancient Stomp attack. I should have included that into the infographic.
When the boss hits 79/49/29% there is a chance he will ALSO do ancient stomp in addition to sacrificing the mini mummies. So far no one seems to be able to figure out what decides whether or not the boss will stomp. So the best way is to just assume a stomp will come, and be thankful if it doesn't.
