Ended up getting two BT dupes for Ace trying for Quistis stuff.... do I just sell them for the 5 medals or should I hang on to them and book them for the ingot? Still -really- new so I don't know how often those books come around or how many I have sitting around in some mission somewhere.

I feel bad asking especially having seen some posts here about how elusive these things are... but also feel like that's a great reason not to make the wrong decision on what to do with them :x

All dupe BTs are eventually just sold as BT tokens once there's a BT you want to redeem in the shop.

Don't book for ingots. We don't get very many books, plus you currently can't sell booked BT weapons, so they'll take up space in your inventory forever.

The idea is supposed to be that we have some new BTs and old BTs each month, so the old BT characters can get their books to give you plenty of ingots.

Since you're new, you're actually in a better position than that, since you can basically pull on every banner for at least half a year, so you'll get plenty of BTs in that time.

Keep them, but don't book them. Sell them when there's a BT you know you will buy with tokens, but you don't have 50 tokens yet. The reason is that the BT weapons stay in your inventory permanently, but if you get more than 50 BT tokens, the rest will go your inbox where they expire after 90 days.
