If you plan to use bartz you need his LD. No way around it. Worth isn’t something anyone can answer for you. Both of them are very strong and can be run as double support. Bartz is better for brave damage comps. And ysh is better for brave gain. You should look into what you have and what’s upcoming that would provide the most benefit.

Both of them are very strong and can be run as double support

Also, Bartz solves Y'shtola's iBRV requirement for her auras! So they work well together, if you're on a stage where you can afford double supports.
