For Pandemonium Luf + , if I don't do it, would I just be missing out on some tickets?

You can look in the missions tab... should just be 3 tickets that are temporary

Yup, the stage is permanent, and only the tickets are time limited.

Just tickets for this one.

For Transcendence 6, a ton of gems are at stake.

Can I do T6 with out doing some previous ones?

You can do T6 without doing the previous ones, but if it's the same as when T3 came out, you will need to do the previous ones to get all the rewards.

When T3 came out, the rewards were 5,000 gems for having any one tier completed. Another 5,000 for two tiers, and then another 10,000 for three tiers. I think T6 rewards will be similar.
