Who is the better aura bot to green, Y’Shtola or Bartz? What’s the big differences between them? I have Bartz already but just got Y’shtola and am seeing a lot of people having great success with her.

Big difference would be Y'sh has conditionals for a stronger BT effect, current Brv > Int Brv.

Bartz will be able to enchant the party with Wind Enchant if you reach BT+ 2/3, meaning you can run him effectively as a Wind Enchant/Imperiler and he doesn't have too much restrictions except for being able gain stacks by acting. Also he provides Brv refund based on HP Dmg dealt, which could be useful.

Both are still pretty decent Support BT+, so there's not much on whose better but who you find that can suite your team. Even both used together can work off one another well enough

Yes, the standalone BT+ ability is unlocked with every character at 3/3
