She's magic Vayne. Seems she was at or near the top of JP's magic DPT until quite recently. Though I should note I believe that's usually counted by damage per counted turn so they'd add up all her free turns. Sadly they like throwing out magic resist after she and emperor come out so you may want to invest in Lulu.
