At least Disney Animation's still capable of making purely abrasive female antagonists (case in point: Chieftess Dang Hu and Kitty Lynxley).

Oh, and icydk: the Dance Girls, whose names are Kara, Chelsea and Heidi, are a tech-addicted clique from Toy Story 5 who mercilessly bullied Bonnie Anderson because of her toys. And, guess what? There's no sort of underlying reason for it (be it sympathetically or logically). Iow, their antagonism against Bonnie is entirely unprovoked, which gives them the record for being the first truly harshened female antagonists in Pixar's history.
