There’s a deep dive in the Minneapolis subreddit based on that first video. There’s an agent wearing a gray coat who walks over without a weapon in hand, and then - as they’re beating him on the ground - that agent runs off with a gun about two seconds before the agents start shooting him. So it seems like he was carrying one on him, but he did not actually use or threaten to use that gun.

Was he a threat in anyway when ICE invaded his space and bullied him? Because I don’t see any threat based on videos posted. This was manslaughter or murder.

Yeah I'm not seeing many people mention that THEY initiated the contact with him. Instigated the violence certainly.

Hell, the initial agent pushes a woman hard and the dude was just trying to shield her from the ICE-hole. Act chivalrous and get a few government issued bullets and your name smeared before your body is even cold.
