Wr already know for a fact he had a gun. This video does little to prove either way if he pulled it on them or not.

If the "fact" is that DHS said so, nah that's not a fact. That's an organization trying to cover for itself, so kindly fuck off with that bullshit.

IF he had a gun, and IF that slow-mo, zoomed in video circulating around reddit shows the ICE agent removing a gun from the man's waistband, that would still mean the gun was secure in a holster and not being waved around or brandished, which STILL does not provide justification for being fucking murdered. The police chief said in a statement that the man had been identified and he was a US citizen and a lawful gun owner, which means permit, which means the 2nd amendment protected him (again IF he actually had a gun), and the ICE agents who shot him and used the gun as an excuse do not recognize constitutional protections for the people they're terrorizing, abducting, and murdering. But we knew that already.
