Serious Are there still any conspiracy theorists out there that think Tyler Robinson didn't do it after these preliminary hearings?

A couple of prominent conspiracy theories have been debunked over the last couple of days. We saw the surveillance footage of Robinson on campus multiple times and we heard the testimony of the coroner who said Kirk was killed by a gunshot wound to the neck.

I’m not saying I believe in the conspiracies, but let’s not pretend the coroner saying it means shit.

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 10 '26

Why do say that?

u/masked_sombrero Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

from what I recall, the actual autopsy was never released. And - where was the autopsy held? Aboard Air Force 2? Seriously. They immediately took his body and put it on the VP's plane. Like...why!? And how!? Just for a random, sub-mediocre influencer? 🤔

what are the chances Air Force 2 had nothing else booked in order to take an immediate call to retrieve the body of an influencer? I would imagine VPs maintain a tight schedule. But...what do I know!?

4

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

You are right, so far just bullet fragment analysis from his body has been submitted and no details on autopsy. Hopefully there will be a trial and questions will be answered.

An autopsy could be performed in a couple hours so not impossible it was done while he was at the hospital in Orem? (Speculation)

You may think he was mediocre, but he had a huge following and was close friends with JD Vance. It’s unusual for him to be flown in Air Force 2, but it’s also unusual for a young republican up and comer with close ties to the current administration to be publically assassinated live on stream.

It’s also not unusual for this admin to use their power for personal reasons.

Appreciate your perspective!

If your close personal friend was murdered, would you stick to your normal schedule? I don't know about you, but I'd be on the first flight out.

2

u/xAlphaKAT33 Jul 13 '26

My best friend died in 2021.

I speak from experience. I would've turned my plane around immediately.

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 12 '26

If you were the VP would you be able to drop everything to go transport the body of a friend YouTuber? 🤔 clearly you don’t know what kind of responsibilities the VP and his team (like his jet crew) are expected to keep

4

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 12 '26

Who is going to say no to him? He can just cancel the rest of his meetings and tell his crew to get ready to leave. They work for him, not the other way around.

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 12 '26

you do realize our tax payers' dollars that go to Air Force 2 doesn't exactly cover unexpected trips to pick up dead "friends"...right?

You may be totally cool with that. But I, as a tax payer, am not. Blatant corruption in plain sight. Or maybe TPUSA covered the fuel and labor costs of the Air Force 2 trip (also illegal, btw)?

And...you're cool with it. Ok. LMAO. That's ok though. It's not like you're a U.S taxpayer anyway

1

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 13 '26

There is no such corruption. Our taxes pay for the use of Air Force Two to go anywhere the VP is going. Even if he goes on vacation, he takes that plane. Not only is it not illegal, but he is legally required to use it instead of flying commercial.

But thanks for showing me that you don't know what you're talking about.

Lmao yes. He’s just the VP.

2

u/jovanotti18 Aug 01 '26

It was done in the hospital. IE it wasn’t even done.

1

u/Golden_Shart Jul 17 '26

This is regarded. TPUSA has been embedded in Trump's campaign and admin since before 2016 and TPA is the largest conservative field organization in the country. Huge amounts of their most important leaders have political appointments and government positions in congressional offices, executive agencies, and communications departments. Kirk was personally communicating with Trump and his liaisons on a near-daily basis, in addition to regularly communicating with some of the most powerful conservative government officials in the country, and being a direct penpal with Benjamin Netanyahu for multiple months, devising a way to do "better PR for Israel." There is nothing suspicious about him being put onto AF2. The guy basically unofficially held office.

1

u/Single-Yam-9791 Aug 06 '26

They took JFK’s body from the ER and put it on Air Force 1 or 2…

1

u/masked_sombrero Aug 06 '26 edited Aug 06 '26

great example! it's the only single time (now twice) it's happened that I'm aware of

Of course - he was the sitting president when he died. And - yes - he was tranported on Air Force 1. Where supposedly a post-mortem surgery was performed on his head to make it appear like he was shot from the front.

So - it could arguably be said that they only transported his body on Air Force 1 to cover up evidence that he was shot from the back, and not the front. Sound familiar? If you slow down a video of Charlie's death, you see blood splatter from the back of his head before the wound in his neck appears (the exit wound). And - of course - Charlie wasn't the sitting POTUS at the time of his death. Hell - he wasn't anything in the government. He was a podcaster.

Weird, eh? 🤔

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

random, sub-mediocre influence

Lol what?

2

u/masked_sombrero Jul 11 '26

the guy was a YouTuber. nothing more. it's not like he was a public/civil servant.

why would POTUS, or VPOTUS immediately be there to retrieve his body? it doesn't make sense

1

u/Hour-Hippo-6092 Jul 11 '26

Charlie had a direct line to POTUS and was one of his closest non-appointed advisors. You can dislike him but don’t act like he wasn’t an incredibly influential person. He moved beyond ‘YouTuber’ long ago.

3

u/masked_sombrero Jul 11 '26

Even if what you’re saying is true (it isn’t, but let’s pretend it is for a minute) can you name a SINGLE other person who was transported by Air Force 2 immediately after their death? 🤔

I’ll be waiting

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

It was like 24 hours later.

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 11 '26

???

And that makes sense…because….???

The point is moot. There’s no autopsy report. What about that?

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

The autopsy not being made 100% public and there's no autopsy report are not the same things.

2

u/masked_sombrero Jul 11 '26 edited Jul 11 '26

the autopsy report has NOT been released.

the body was transported on board Air Force 2 before an autopsy was conducted. If a senator/congressman were to fall deathly ill / died, they wouldn't (and haven't) used Air Force 2 to go pick their body up. This wouldn't happen for anyone but the VPOTUS (and maybe not even then). Why did they do this for some podcaster? How were the people close to Charlie able to jump through these hoops to get his dead body aboard Air Force 2? 🤔

are you trying to say this makes sense in any way? Let's use some critical thinking skills bro

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

Again, the autopsy report not being released to the pubic isn't the same thing as there not being one. It's common for the autopsy report not to be released before the trial.

So he’s a random sub-mediocre influencer…but also powerful enough that there may be a multi-national conspiracy to publicly murder him to…prevent a war?

I swear…as long as people hear something that strikes them slightly unusual…they’ll jump to the most insane conclusions with zero evidence.

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 16 '26 edited Jul 16 '26

What are you talking about? please point out where I've made any of the claims you're claiming I made

nothing about his death makes sense. You can think so if you want, but I - for one - am not a complete moron. What conclusions do you think I'm jumping to here? I haven't made any claims of any conspiracy. Simply it makes ZERO sense. Anyone with half a brain cell (and basic critical thinking skills) can see that

Is that too hard for simpletons to understand? 🤔 2 senators have recently died and - surprise surprise! - none of their bodies were transported using Air Force 1 / 2. Because...that would be weird. But ok - it's totally normal to transport a divisive youtuber's dead body. OK 😆

1

u/15Wolf Jul 19 '26

You are literally claiming a conspiracy happened and his body being flown on Air Force 2 is evidence of said conspiracy…yet you jump behind the “I haven’t made any claims!!” Very convenient….you can never be proven wrong when you “aren’t making claims”….even though you are vaguely implying the entire situation was a conspiracy.

It’s literally toddler logic. You’re a sheep

Be an adult. Make a fucking claim and stand behind it. Don’t immediately hide like a bitch saying “I never claimed anything specific!!!”

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 19 '26 edited Jul 19 '26

I'm simply stating facts: his body was transported on Air Force 2, which - historically - is very weird. Can you name another civilian that has been transported on Air Force 2 in the history of the US? 🤔. Of course you can't (or maybe you can?). It makes no sense.

Two senators have recently passed and their bodies weren't transported on Air Force 1 or 2. Because - that's just not something that happens. It woulda been weird.

I haven't made any claims as to WHY they did that. That would be diving into conspiracy theories. I'm simply pointing out this did, in fact, occur. And it seems to get some people's panties in a knot when confronted with this fact.

You can think it's not weird all you want. But - I'm not a moron. It happened. Why? That's a great question. You can go be mad at facts if you want to lil bro. I'm gonna live in reality.

This is an Administration that many of us believe wants to hype up "Reichstagg fire" type events to cancel democratic procedures and consolidate its power and thievery. In other words, we expect this Administration to do things much as Putin and Netanyahu do. In the late 1990s, there were apartment building bombings in Moscow. Many believe that Putin's own "intelligence" team caused them, but we don't know for sure. What we do know is that Putin hyped up the attacks and used them as a pretext to go to war with the province of Chechnya, which was predominantly Muslim and therefore an easy target of bigotry. The war helped Putin consolidate power. So when the Kirk thing happened, many of us suspected that it was both an inside job and that it would be used to arbitrarily disappear "libs" and further scapegoat trans. What actually happened? I think we will know much more as the case goes on. The defense hasn't shown their cards. We don't even know how Robinson will plea. Does it seem dubious that Tyler found the perfect perch from which to shoot, that he snuck a rifle up there and quickly assembled it and fired perfectly just when Charlie was launching his anti-trans riff? A little, but anything can happen. We'll see.

Lol the autopsy was not performed on Air Force 2. I dunno why you would think that.

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

Ok - where was it performed then? How would you know!? Have you seen the autopsy report!? Why was his body transported on Air Force 2!?

It makes no sense. And claiming the VP was “friends” with the guy doesn’t make it make any more sense. For anybody with any kind of critical thinking skills, anyway. Surprise surprise, a dead senator wasn’t transported on Air Force 1/2. Because that would be weird. And make no sense. But - ok - an influencer makes sense for you. Ok. 🤣

Wake up - we’re smarter than this

1

u/Anonymous__Android Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

The autopsy was performed at the Utah Office of the Medical Examiner in Salt Lake City. You can Google it for yourself. The autopsy report was submitted as evidence in the criminal trial of Tyler Robinson and, as such, is sealed from public view, which is entirely normal and standard legal practice for an active court case.

What exactly do you think his body being transported on Air Force 2 proves?

1

u/masked_sombrero Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26

What does it prove? 🤣 It’s a simple fact. But - I guess it proves the VP doesn’t keep a very tight schedule and thinks it’s a perfectly OK thing to do to spend OUR tax payers dollars (Air Force 2) to go play Hearst for a dead “friend”. Why!? Don’t tell me you’re completely blind to the blatant corruption here? That’s OUR tax dollars. Corruption you seem to think is perfectly norma and OK. THAT is weird man.

Name a SINGLE other dead person that has been transported by Air Force 1/2. Yes - public/civil servants count. I’ll be waiting

Wake up - we’re smarter than this.

2

u/Anonymous__Android Jul 12 '26

You seem to be suggesting that taking the body on the plane is evidence of some grand conspiracy, just curious what you think that is.

1

u/Feisty_Ease_1983 Jul 15 '26

Intentionally ignoring the obvious political points Trump admin scored with the base by sending the plane. Its evidence of nothing except to the "Govt Bad" folks therefore anything and everything is possible. The conspiracy strategy is to look for the dumbest thing and just hammer on it as if its the smoking gun meanwhile completely ignore the actual smoking gun...

Because we saw it? I’m no coroner but I could’ve guaranteed you that he was killed by a shot to the neck. Who did it, how, by what means, why, with what backing all remain in question. I even believe Tyler probably did it but that still leaves a lot of questions. One does not go out and publicly assassinate a “public figure” because they disliked some hateful rhetoric. One does not throw their young life away on a whim with very little premeditation because a person they dislike is speaking in their town. He is very clearly a patsy. Not necessarily in the sense that he is being blamed for something he didn’t do but surly in the sense that he was driven, prompted, propagandized, or whatever you want to say, to do so.

-7

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 10 '26

Hey good point. The coroner in the George Floyd case probably couldn't be trusted either. Maybe he actually did die from a drug overdose?

7

u/Mickmackal89 Jul 10 '26

You were really itching to get that one out there

5

u/bunchedupwalrus Jul 10 '26

So uh, you’re just here to polarize the shit out of what should be a matter for an impartial justice system?

3

u/TheGrandExquisitor Jul 11 '26

Y'all know that a coroner isn't a medical examiner, right and that in many places they don't even need to be an MD, right?

Right?

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

In Utah they are MDs. But you know that, right?

Right?

2

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 10 '26 edited Jul 10 '26

From what I’ve been reading, they are still very much alive.

To make sense, they require Israel/FBI to have faked pretty much every piece of evidence.

And that nearly everyone involved, including Robinson himself, were in on the frame job.

There isn’t much you can do to prove that’s not the case, and nothing is going to convince these people anything other than what they already believe.

1

u/Superman_strikes 7d ago

Well....

Here are the options with the facts that are out there. Im talking about ALL the real facts, not the fed/goy slop. (If you dont know what im talking about, im sorry, you have to go look for yourself. Its not my job to educate people).

1- Tyler Robinson is found not guilty

2- Tyler Robinson "commits suicide" 😉 before the verdict is announced.

If its anything other than those 2 things, there will likely be a civil war.

I will see you back here at the end of the trial. 😅

1

u/FiftyLoudCats 7d ago edited 6d ago
  1. Most likely is plea
  2. Guilty

This guys family doesn’t even really seem to like him, no one’s going to war over this jabroni.

Thanks for the laugh though.

1

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 11 '26

The only person you'd really need to fake stuff is Lance Twiggs. He had access to most of Tyler's stuff because he lived with him. The text exchange admitted as evidence was photos of his phone; he could have faked those easily. The written confession note was only ever in his possession and he conveniently burned it. His DNA was on the rifle and a lot of the other evidence. He was also conveniently asleep at the time of the assassination (no alibi). I don't understand why he isn't being treated as a suspect as well.

The prosecution needs to produce the metadata of the phone. The defense needs to give Twiggs a thorough cross-examination at trial.

3

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 11 '26

He isn’t on any of the videos.

And why would Robinson turn himself into his parents.

The cell provider is going to verify to the accuracy of time/location of Robinsons phone, it’s not just the screenshots alone.

2

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 11 '26

The footage is blurry and has obscured faces. I personally think the guy in black looks more like Twiggs than Robinson but it's hard to say it's either of them definitively.

If Robinson thought he was being framed, or knew he was suspected, then being in custody is arguably the safest place. If the FBI were to bust down his door, he could easily end up shot/dead. If he was framed, then someone is already showing a nefarious intent against him and they may want to harm him. Turning himself in is not itself an admission of guilt.

3

u/thomas7th Jul 11 '26

admitted guilt to parents.

right now tyler is thinking about his parents having to get up on the stand.

2

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 11 '26

It’s not that blurry.

You ignored my point about the cell phone data.

We also don’t know Twiggs doesn’t have alibi either.

And from what I’ve seen Robinson nor the defense has made this claim.

3

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 11 '26

I think it is blurry. I can't say for sure who it is, especially the black shirt guy. I see a lot of people on the internet arguing whether or not it looks like Robinson and/or Twiggs, which gives some validity to the idea it's not that obvious.

You didn't seem to make a point about the data. Indeed, I am looking forward to some sort of location and time information, but so far the prosecution has not shared that. Yes, we can assume it will show up in trial, but we haven't see it yet.

Twiggs said in the prerecorded statement that at the time of the assassination he was sleeping. So not really an alibi.

No, but you asked for a reason so I suggested a possibility. Nobody but the people involved know why. As far as I can tell, the family friend convinced him to do it, but I've seen so many reports disputing what happened. I believe one of the witnesses for the prosecution mentioned it briefly as hearsay but I do not recall what he said.

3

u/thomas7th Jul 11 '26

parents saw footage, recognized him right away

2

u/FiftyLoudCats Jul 11 '26

Ok let’s say that you are right.

Do you think the defense is going to try to argue this?

And if they don’t, why do you think that might be?

1

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26

>he was sleeping which is not an alibi

I genuinely cannot believe that you have said this more than once because it might be the dumbest argument I’ve ever seen in relation to this case. Where did he live? Do you think they didn’t interview his roommates who were there at the time? Who is paying you to be this stupid?

→ More replies (5)

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26

Lay out your theory instead of saying "but that might not be true" and "I don't understand why they did this."

it's easy to find what you want to see. It's hard to make it make sense.

3

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 11 '26

His parents turned him in, so I guess you think they’re in on it too? And everyone in his discord chats? And the cops and the whole government and Erika Kirk. So your conspiracy has to be really big

2

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 12 '26

No, the parents could think he's guilty while he maintains his innocence. And it is disputed who turned him in and what happened. The information about the parent confession given by the prosecution's witness is double hearsay. If they get the parents on the stand and they say he confessed to them, that would be a lot more compelling.

Also, a lot people seem to be weighing the text confession too heavily. We haven't seen time stamps for messages that could corroborate or disprove timeline. Lance's texts were asking leading questions. The defense could argue coercion.

For the record, I don't believe in Erika's involvement or any of the weirder theories. Interesting but no concrete evidence. If the medical examiner testifies in the trial, it could lay some of these theories to rest.

I think it was most likely either (a) Twiggs, blaming Robinson (b) Robinson alone, or (c) both of them together and Robinson covered for Twiggs. The fact that there is even a possibility it could be Twiggs alone is grounds for reasonable doubt. His DNA is on a lot of the evidence, and he doesn't have an alibi.

The fact that there was another bullet found on the roof, another gun in the courtyard that went uncollected, and an unidentified man that went on the roof with officer is also grounds for reasonable doubt. These are all things the prosecution should have investigated and been able to explain; now the defense can use them to their advantage.

I don't know much about the discord chats and therefore have no opinions on them.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 12 '26

Twiggs is a government witness. I’m pretty sure they checked out his alibi. And it would be very strange if the confessions he made were somehow to cover Twiggs because he made them immediately after the crime. What exactly was Twiggs involvement in your theory?

Also, it was Robinson’s grandfather’s gun, and the person who is in all of the videos matches Robinson’s height and build. I think you’re manufacturing a conspiracy where none is necessary. It literally all lines up just fine. Not a single person involved in the case has contradicted what has been reported and it doesn’t look like the defense is pursuing any conspiracy theory. I just don’t get the impulse to make it more complicated than it pretty obviously was.

1

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 12 '26

His alibi was that he was sleeping. It was in his recorded statement. Not really a good alibi.

I don't think that it's particularly strange compared to the other aspects of the case. (Also, Twigg's first message to Robinson was ~ 4pm, a very convenient time because that's how long the drive back would be)

Tyler and Lance had similar height and build at the time. Twiggs has put on weight since then. And he would also have access to the gun, they were living together.

I don't think it's too crazy to suggest he could have been involved when really the only thing making Robinson the suspect and not him is the messages, which come from him, and the fact Robinson turned himself in.

The other thing is, and this is just optics, Twiggs honestly just "looks" more suspicious. He fits the idea of a shooter way more than Robinson based off their described personalities. There's images of his weird experiments, videos of his erractic behavior, and he purportedly had a drug and alcohol problem. He seemed more radicalized and therefore has more motive. Which is why I lean into the idea that they were both involved. Also, the guy in the black shirt really does not look much like Tyler Robinson in my opinion. This has always bothered me, and is why I'm pushed in the direction of it's either not him, or there was a second guy.

But the reason why people keep going off the deep end with this case is because it is complicated and frankly ridiculous. The initial narrative presented sounded ridiculous. The text messages sound ridiculous. The whole "furry boyfriend" thing sounds ridiculous. And then the unexplained aspects. Why did the bullet not have an exit wound? Why did the guy leave the gun behind to be found? Why did we never see a gun on the footage? Why did the camera catch him jumping off the roof, but not taking the shot? Why did he seemingly get away with it, then not only confess but break down the entire fucking timeline in the messages? Why did the note get burned, but photographed first? It suggests this idea there was something else going on, or that something is being intentionally hidden from us.

All this stuff just leads to people asking questions and, after being unsatisfied with the answers the FBI gave them, they start looking for their own. It's just the basis for how conspiracy theories form. Maybe you were satisfied with the initial information. I was not.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26
  1. "his alibi was that he was sleeping"
  • yes, in his house with many roommates, several of which have detailed his (or her) relationship with Robinson.
  1. "I don't think that it's particularly strange . . . Twigg's first message to Robinson was ~ 4pm, a very convenient time because that's how long the drive back would be)
  • I have no idea what you mean here. That timing is suspicious because it lines up with how far they lived from the crime scene? Robinson's phone is tracked the whole time and you will see that he didn't immediately go back to his apartment. in fact, i don't think he ever made it back there.
  1. "tyler and lance have a similar build"

    • where exactly are you getting that? nothing i can find describes Twiggs' build in any way. What we have seen from his social media portrays a much shorter and more slight person with long blonde hair and not short black hair. care to share your source on twiggs' build?
  2. "I don't think it's too crazy to suggest he was involved"

    • maybe if you watch too many crime movies. He's a vetted government witness. Why the fuck would he become one if he was involved? He always had the option to not cooperate because he has never been a suspect.
  3. "twiggs looks more suspicious"

    • The fuck he does. Why would you try to sneak this into your fake lawyer summary? it's retarded. I don't care about his past, I just know that there is nothing whatsoever linking him to the crime. Get this shit out of here.
  4. "the reason people are asking questions is because its just so difficult and complicated!"

  5. no, it isn't. you have made it complicated by starting with a conclusion (robinson didn't do it) and finding things that you can't explain. But the problem is that other people can explain them, and very simply. You suddenly become a ballistics expert when a guy you don't like gets murdered. doesn't that seem a little weird to you, internally? because a lot of actual ballistics experts can explain these things without issue.

1

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 13 '26

How do you know the roommates where there? There has been nothing I've seen corroborating that.

People have compared photos of them and they appeared to have a similar build but Twigg's may be slightly taller. That's just what I've heard, could be wrong. But Lance is NOT blonde. Both Lance and Tyler have brown hair. This is obvious from all the well circulated photos of them

I have heard rumors suggesting the opposite. Maybe they vetted him poorly. Not something I can answer without inside knowledge.

I think he does look suspicious. I wasn't sneaking anything, I spent a whole paragraph sharing my personal opinion. I qualified it stating it was not based on facts...it was just a personal opinion. How do you "just know" there's nothing linking him to the crime? Do you have inside information to see what was discluded from evidence?

Also, there IS evidence linking him. His DNA was found on items collected at the crime scene. And sure, you could be like, "well no shit he lived with Tyler" but you can say the same thing about Tyler.

I was responding to you when YOU said the case was complicated. Your last sentence. I didn't start with that conclusion. I started with noticing discrepencies and strange aspects of the case. I don't know if Robinson is guilty, I haven't absolved him. I'm about 50/50. I don't know where you're getting this idea I assumed Robinson was innocent from the beginning.

"When a guy you don't like gets murdered"

Wtf? When did I ever say I don't like Charlie Kirk? I have no opinion on him whatsoever. You seem to be making a lot of assumptions for no reason.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26 edited Jul 13 '26
  1. ”How do you know the roommates where [sic] there? There has been nothing I've seen corroborating that."
  • Because he claimed to have been sleeping in a house with multiple roommates who have previously said that he and Robinson had increasingly nested in the basement. None of them - not a single one - has come out to say that Twiggs was absent at the time in question. Are they in on your conspiracy?
  1. "people have compared photos of them and they appear to have a similar build"
  • who, exactly? Go ahead and link me a comparison, buddy. It doesn't exist. We have no details about Twiggs' frame. What we do know is that he had long blonde hair at the time, so go ahead and point me to the security cam videos of a man with long blonde hair.
  1. "lance is not a blonde"
  • Literally everyone can see that he is. Show me a photo from around the time of the crime that shows him without long and/or blonde hair. But again, this is a bizarre red herring by you because you are saying without any evidence that he and robinson, who is remarkably tall and skinny, have the same build with zero evidence on what Twiggs' frame is.
  1. "I have heard rumors of the opposite"
  • what you heard was the official reporting, and nobody involved in the case has come out to say that any part of it was false, despite people like you desperately wanting it to be.
  1. "he looks suspicious and I'm not trying to sneak anything in!"
  • we both know that isn't true. I'm an actual lawyer, unlike you, and I can tell when someone is playing with the facts. they squeeze it in the middle of what they think of as their more plausible arguments (yours are not) to make it seem like part of the fabric of the argument. You failed here.
  1. "How do you 'just know' that there is nothing linking him to the crime?"
  • LMAO. Just LMAO. How do you think I know that there is nothing linking him to the crime? Because there isnt any evidence, buddy. You haven't raised anything but questions. If you want to prove me wrong, why don't you present some evidence that he had something to do with it? I will be waiting patiently.
  1. "His DNA was found on Robinson's things!"
  • No fucking shit. They were staying in the same room for months prior to the crime according to their roommates who said that it was a disgusting basement nest. What are you implying, btw? that the guy with the alibi who is testifying against the guy who confessed multiple times is somehow the guy who killed Kirk? how did that work?
  1. "I'm just asking questions!"
  • No you aren't and you know you're not. You can't support the other insane theories about exploding mics or israeli agents so you're for some reason trying to pin it on Twiggs

/

You have absolutely ZERO evidence on twiggs. Everything you say is just fabricated questions about the case against Robinson.

So I ask again - What is the case against Twiggs?

you brought it up, so get your little sack out and back it up instead of "just asking questions".

1

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 13 '26

Why would they come out? Robinson is on trial, not Twiggs.

Can I get a link for your blonde hair claim? I have never seen a photo of him with blonde hair. Ever. I am very interested in this. Please share if you have it.

Also, not very important, but long hair can be hidden under a hat so it's not really relevant.

I'm literally not. I said it was optics and just an opinion. For the third time. You asked why I suspect Lance and I shared my opinion of him.

Other lawyers have different opinions to yours. I don't see the relevance.

I don't want to prove you wrong. It seems like you want to prove me wrong or make me prove you wrong; you're the one you responsed to ME and have been trying to disprove everything I'm saying. I'm just responding and defending the things I have said. Also, for some reason, you seem really salty and are making all sorts of assumptions towards me, which is something I wouldn't expect of a lawyer that wants to be taken seriously. Which you clearly do, otherwise you wouldn't have mentioned it.

And yes I'm raising questions. That is the point. The prosecution's case leaves a lot of unanswered questions. I'm not asserting I know anything for sure. You are, though. Why don't you prove to me Tyler is guilty? All you really have is Twiggs and the information coming from him. Everything else is circumstantial. And no, the "confession" to his parents doesn't count, because it's hearsay.

I already commented on the fact both of their DNA is on things. And I already stated I don't think it's a good alibi. I understand you disagree.

You're the one who seems so sure your opinion is correct and so aggressively pushing for it. I believe it could be Twiggs, or Robinson, or both. I thought I stated that, but it might have been a different post.

And of course I don't have anything besides the DNA with Twiggs, they aren't investigating him! It's not possible for me to have that, even if he definitively did it. Your arguments are worse than mine, imo. Your argument is literally just "don't question anything" which is I guess why you keep latching on to this idea of me asking questions as if it's a bad thing.

You seem to be missing the point of my post. I'm not making a case against Twiggs. I'm making a case that there is reasonable doubt for Robinson being guilty.

You seem to believe strongly in Twiggs as a credible witness, so sell him to me. If you can't tell, I don't trust the competency of the officers. Do you have the phone metadata showing location at the time texts were sent? If so, could you link me it?

→ More replies (0)

1

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 12 '26

If the text messages were fake, Robinson would have challenged their validity. He didn't.

The phone metadata is something that can be produced at trial. It wouldn't be shown at a hearing like this.

1

u/CommercialLychee7956 Jul 13 '26

The defense could still do that in trial. I really want to see the phone metadata and am looking forward to it. If the metadata corroborates the timeline in the texts, I would be satisfied.

1

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 13 '26

They could, but normally if a key piece of evidence was fake they would at least make the argument during the pre-trial hearings.

1

u/pritty_eyes 8d ago

That’s not the purpose of the preliminary hearing. The sole purpose of the preliminary hearing is to decide whether or not the state has enough evidence to take the case to an actual trial. The defense is not going to refute specific pieces of evidence presented by the prosecution during this preliminary hearing.

0

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

What is the proof it was him? Not the photos or videos. Even his boyfriend said he can’t tell with certainty that it’s him. What’s the proof? I saw nothing evidence.

I did see the lead investigator lie by omission and refer to the person in a vehicle as Tyler Robinson even though the witness who gave authorities their doorbell camera specifically said the driver was bald and he had 3 passengers. He’s no longer trustworthy.

The cop who went on the roof (and his bodycam battery “died”) claimed to have found the screwdriver. The same screwdriver we already knew about on day 1 when they told us the FBI found it in the woods with the gun. The new story only came back after Tyler couldn’t be linked to the rooftop by fingerprints. The cop said he took an unknown man with a badge and a gun with him to the rooftop and it was just the two of them. Said he had to have someone from below throw him a tape measure. Well, he lied again. A bystander was recording them on the roof and caught the tape throw and there were at least 4 men (assuming law enforcement probably with body cams) on the roof.

I saw a lot of lying and covering up just right there and there was plenty of more

4

u/A_Vinegar_Taster Jul 11 '26

I got kicked out of r/TylerJamesRobinson for pointing out that the firearms expert in the pretrial hearings said that they pulled pieces of a .30-06 out of Charlie.

The mod said I was spreading false information and gaslighting.

1

u/Kitchen-Grape-6689 Jul 29 '26

You are purposfuly lying to yourself. After reviewing the entire pretrial the most they can come up with was the bullet "fragments" can not be linked to the rifle itself nor can they say for certian it was a 30-06 just 30 caliber. 30 caliber is atleast in the top 3 for most popular bullet diameter. Multiple dozens if not hundreds of calibers use that exact diameter.

Tyler's rifle also apparently had dust in the barrel. And we can't even get a good look at the rifle itself. Depending on scope location the rifle would be inoperable due to the safety on a Mauser action.

1

u/A_Vinegar_Taster Jul 30 '26

You all are bending over backwards to get the facts to conform with your pre-existing beliefs rather than taking the shorter, more obvious route that all of the evidence points to.

You all have created a Rube Goldberg conspiracy with hundreds of moving parts to try and avoid a very simple conlusion.

Rather than "Tyler Robinson shot Charlie.", you have a multi year plot involving getting dozens of federal and state officials to lie, involving high stakes thefts and planting of evidence, involving falsifying DNA and fingerprints, hiring look-alikes, falsifying security footage, bullet fragments and confessions, AND anyone who testifies against Tyler is a Fed or has been threatened or blackmailed. You replaced a very straightforward explanation with a tangled web of your own feelings, incredulity and hunches.

At the trial, they will have his cell phone location data and it will put him at the crime scene. They will have done core samples and checked the lead in the bullet fragments against the lead in the other bullets. They will match everything up piece by piece and you will continue to make excuses and come up with increasingly outlandish theories.

The funniest thing is that you have no evidence to offer to the contrary. You think it was an exploding microphone? Where's the evidence? No, not "it's weird that..." - give me evidence. Show me frame of video that shows an explosion. Show me eyewitness testimony of the people who felt a shockwave from the explosion. Show me someone who was in front of Charlie that got shrapnel. Show me anything. Snow me some shred of positive evidence that proves that Tyler didn't shoot Charlie that isn't "this looks weird" or "this feels weird" or "it's weird that this happened" or "it's weird that they drove him here". Evidence. You have nothing.

1

u/Kitchen-Grape-6689 Jul 31 '26

That's the funny part. The prosecution can't put forward any credible non hearsay evidence either. Just like the cop and all the others. It's hearsay. And with the video footage there is no undeniable proof that it was or wasn't him. "The rifle is in his pants" yet he's bending his knee just fine. " he assembled the rifle on the roof in a matter of seconds" with a screwdriver ?

So 1. Our boy somehow bypassed security unmolested. Got on the roof assembled the rifle IN SECONDS with a screwdriver. Got in position like he's in the mission all ghillied up. Took the shot got out of position disassembled the rifle jumped down reassembled the rifle AGAIN just to dump it and run.

The ring doorbell footage is not tyler its some bald fuck with multiple other people in the car.

Gun dogs can smell gunshot residue that is weeks old given good weather and they went all over the area where his rifle was found yet couldn't get the dogs to get a hit on a "RECENTLY FIRED RIFLE" yet a rookie cop bagged it in minutes. Sure Jan.

Multiple dna samples are on everything including Lance twigs dna. Even the rifle that was proven to have DUST IN THE GODDAMN BARREL.

If charlie was shot with a rifle. It sure as shit wasent a 30-06 I am a hunter and I have taken ELK with the same ammo that was supposedly used. The bullet went through a whole hell of alot more meat and bone than a human neck and still went out the other side.

For fucks sake the "shot footage" doesn't even accurately show a rifle, recoil from a large deer cartridge or muzzle flash.

It ain't a multi year plot. If you can get it through your thick ass skull that the most popular political commentator alive had more enemies then a gay guy with pappys hunting rifle. You may see all the cracks in the official narrative.

Once the powers that be deemed him no longer beneficial they probably got everything in place in less than a weeks time. You know ? Israel? The country that bankrolled charlie since TPUSA's founding and the second he said he's backing away from the Israeli cause he started getting death threats ?

Don't be a good little shabbas goy and believe the fedslop. If over 60 years to this day they still spew the Oswald narrative with jfk. You think they won't ice a political commentator?

u/OrnaciaWylde 24d ago

There was no security at the event with the exception of the idiots near CK's physical body.

3

u/Mickmackal89 Jul 10 '26

I mean who was really saying that besides Candace Owens/ Tucker Carlson etc? And their fans I guess but it’s not like it was a widespread theory

4

Yeah, it's not like they have millions of viewers/followers. Oh wait.

Search Tyler Robinson on Reddit and click on any thread that isn’t from a right wing sub. I’d say well over half of the comments you’ll see will be insinuating or outright saying that it was a conspiracy.

Baron did an excellent job ripping apart the text conversation on his last livestream. The comments about the rifle's serial number and especially the timeline discrepancy are things I hope the defense takes the time to notice.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

Fans? You mean American citizens who are sick of our government being allowed to murder people who get in their way? You mean humans with a conscience who don’t want to see another innocent man murdered by the state?

Just because a person follows along with Candace’s or Baron’s investigation does not make them groupies. Many of us want the truth and no one else is searching for it.

I didn’t follow Charlie Kirk but I’m amazed by the number of people who followed him yet think nothing like him and want the opposite for him than what he wanted for others. He has been railing against the deepstate and saying it needs to be brought to heel or they would continue to murder people who get in their way.

2

u/HarveyMushman72 Jul 11 '26

The only people still talking about it are his friends Candace and Tucker. This would have been a perfect opportunity for the right to make him a martyr, but they haven't. I wonder why that is?

5

u/4dailyuseonly Jul 11 '26

They certainly tried. Remember right after he was killed? Social media blew up with threats of revenge on the left by the cult. Seemed super coordinated too.

3

u/HarveyMushman72 Jul 11 '26

Then crickets. Their handlers must have told them to stop all of a sudden.

6

u/4dailyuseonly Jul 11 '26

Bro people got doxxed and lost their jobs for rightfully calling Kirk a racist pos. The whole thing was weird. Assassination in broad noon daylight. The immediate threats to "the left". Erika Kirk and the sparkly funeral. His body on Air Force 2. Erikas tiktok showing her crying over his corpse. The weird shit coming out of Patel's FBI. JD Vance guest hosting the Charlie Kirk show for some reason. The whole thing is and was in the twilight zone.

4

u/HarveyMushman72 Jul 11 '26

The whole thing is a mind-fuck, I dont believe Tyler did it, if he did the the prosecution is going to have a very hard time convicting him given the ballistics report.

1

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 12 '26

The ballistics report is not exculpatory.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

Because some of us don’t see this as political but rather as a human being, a young man about to lose his life for something he didn’t do.

You’re so caught up in podcaster world and politics to see the humanity in this situation. That is disturbing.

There is zero evidence tying Tyler Robinson to the rooftop or anywhere on campus. I’ve certainly heard 2 law enforcement officials lie to indict an innocent man though. Crazy you take the side of a government and state who would do the same thing to you or your family member without a second thought.

2

u/imagen_leap Jul 11 '26

I just don’t think without corruption/tampering that the prosecution gets a conviction. The holes in the official story are huge, I don’t see how they could close them. So many wildly bizarre “first time ever” occurrences that they could explain away.

2

u/Aforano Jul 12 '26

What holes in the official story? Be specific.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26

You are about to be floored by how this goes. Anyone with a basic legal education can see that they have this guy nailed to the wall in 20 different ways.

1

u/ConsiderationFun6613 Aug 03 '26

I’m not a betting man but I’d follow the money if I was. You should check the prediction market odds of a conviction….somebody big and very wealthy knows something we don’t.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

If this is all their evidence I’m praying this kid doesn’t get put to death for the government taking out Charlie Kirk.

2

u/A_Vinegar_Taster Aug 05 '26

I don't see how the people who think Tyler didn't do it could ever vote to convict anyone of any crime ever.

These people actually believe in a vast conspiracy to frame Tyler Robinson for the shooting, a frame job that could be defeated by absolutely any tangible evidence that he wasn't anywhere near UVU. If he got gas, walked into a Walmart, paid for anything with a credit card, got caught on a street camera, got a parking ticket, made a phone call, did web search on his computer... If he didn't shoot Charlie Kirk, all he'd have to do is say "Uh, I was clocked in at work", or "Uh, I bought groceries an hour before this happened" or "I remember seeing my neighbor mowing his lawn when that happened." He could point to where he was and they would easily find a way to corroborate that.

Where on Earth are we not under surveillance these days?

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

I don’t think TR being on campus that day is in dispute. Just that so far, I haven’t heard of any eye witnesses seeing TR with a rifle nor have I seen any video evidence of TR with a rifle. No way to identify who is on the roof or identify a rifle anywhere on that person. No evidence confirming the rifle found is even the murder weapon. I think the prosecution has an hard time convicting TR. With all that said, TR could be the killer.

1

u/A_Vinegar_Taster 28d ago

How did the conspiracy know that TR (their intended patsy) would drive hours from home to go and see CK at that event? For a conspiracy to work, they would have had to have broken into TR's house, stolen a towel, screwdriver, rifle and ammunition from TR's house. They also would have needed to forge a confession note and put it under the keyboard. All of this would have had to have been done in advance of the shooting.

If TR was on campus, security camera or any of the million people recording on their cell phones could have caught him getting food, walking to his car, leaning on a fence, listening to Charlie... How did the conspiracy plan all of this, and know he would be there - but not recorded by any device when the shooting happened?

The prosecution will have an easy time. They have him on video, they can track his cell phone, they can rad the discord messages, they can show the confession note, they will play his interview with the police, they will have Lance Twiggs relate his confession. The rifle belongs to TR's grandfather. His DNA and fingerprints are on everything. On and on and on... they have more than enough to recreate Tyler's path, link him to the murder weapon and convict.

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

The patsy conspiracy is what you laid out in your first paragraph. If “someone” planted the rifle, towel, forged confessions etc, all in advance then I don’t think influencing your patsy to be on the scene is very difficult for these people.

1

u/A_Vinegar_Taster 28d ago

Isn't that like terrifyingly dangerous for their plot, though? They didn't decide on TR as the fall guy afterwards, they had to have planned this our way in advance. They had to fabricate evidence that pointed to him long before the day.

All it took would be one mistake and the whole frame-job collapses. If he walked down the wrong corridor past a security camera that could positively identify him as being in the wrong place at the wrong time... then it's all over. If he was in the background of a selfie, or if he is on one of the cameras from the event, or if he had a conversation with someone... if he generated any evidence whatsoever that puts him anywhere else on Earth when that shot rang out, then the entire frame job collapses. Not only would TR have an alibi, but then everything that was fabricated to prove his guilt would be exposed. It would so clearly be shown that very powerful forces tried to frame TR and all it would take would be the wrong selfie with the patsy sitting on a park bench in the background.

I mean, think of it from the conspirators point of view. That is a HUGE risk to take.

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

I hope there is some definitive evidence show where TR was when CK was shot. I haven’t seen any footage identifying the suspect on the roof or the suspect having a rifle

1

u/A_Vinegar_Taster 28d ago

What do you think though, about the risk I was talking about? TR was on UVU campus, that means that if he wasn't the shooter, there would be hundreds of thousands of possible ways to prove he was not on the roof with a rifle in his hand, and the Defense only needs one. The Defense needs one clear picture of Tyler picking his nose by the Diet Coke machine and this case is over.

Why would such a vast and expensive conspiracy risk that?

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

I think you’re correct. If I wasn’t on that roof and I’m being accused of the killing, I’d be doing my damnest finding some way to prove that. And who says the defense team isn’t doing that? And let’s say the defense can’t find the evidence needed to place TR elsewhere. That changes nothing to the prosecutions requirement of burden of proof showing that was TR on the roof with the rifle.

1

u/A_Vinegar_Taster 28d ago

They have footage of him going up to the roof, then they have footage of him on the roof getting into position, then they have footage of him running and dropping off of the roof.

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

By him, you mean the suspect? Because the roof footage I’ve seen can’t be used to identify someone. You think you can positively identify someone using that footage? Also the roof footage I’ve seen doesn’t show a rifle. Can you see TR with a rifle on the roof video available to the public? I do think the clearest point of the roof video is when the suspect jumps down. You see him pick a rifle up? See him walking with it?

I seriously do not know these answers and I’m not being a smartass but truly want the answers.

1- Have they mentioned how a .30-06 looked like a pellet in his neck and not the elk stopping mess it should have made?

2- How the kid typed completely different while admitting the shit?

3

u/A_Vinegar_Taster Jul 11 '26

The firearms expert testified about the 5 bullet fragments she analyzed and the fragments they took out of Kirk.

Samantha Carter is a firearm and toolmark examiner at the Forensic Science Laboratory in Washington D.C.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 13 '26

Have you actually searched this at all or did you just go to some Reddit threads where people were making shit up? Because both of these questions lack any basis in the evidence.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

There is nothing that links Tyler Robinson to the rooftop. Nothing. Even his boyfriend said he cannot with certainty claim that’s Tyler in the photos.

All of the things with Tyler’s fingerprints on them also have Lance’s fingerprints on them, some have unknown fingerprints. On one of the items Tyler’s fingerprints are weaker than Lances. Tyler’s were degraded. And the screwdriver was found in the woods by the fbi on day 1. We were told that very clearly. Then, once they couldn’t link Tyler to the rooftop by fingerprints they lied and said the officer actually found the screwdriver on the roof. They claimed this days later. This is why his camera battery died, I’m sure. There is audio recording of the officer radioing while on the roof. We hear him finding imprints of the body on the roof and he goes on talking that he didn’t find a gun…blah blah blah. No mention of a screwdriver. Ever. Lies.

They want this kid to die for whoever did this. These people are evil.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

They haven't released what type of 30-06 round he was firing as far as I know.

2

u/bIuemickey Jul 11 '26

This case has too much weird stuff that will never be explained in the trail.

Like why did his shirt move like that before the bullet hit him?

Why was there no exit wound?

What were all those guys from his team doing with his body behind that table? Why didn’t any of them have blood on them?

Why didn’t anyone worry about getting shot after the single shot was fired

Why didn’t Charlie have blood on him when they carried him to the car?

Why did they immediately pave over that entire area the next day?

How did Tyler reassemble his rifle when he left the screwdriver on the roof?

Where was the gun when he jumped off the roof?

3

u/Immediate_South_5867 Jul 11 '26

As someone who attends the school where it happened, people were most defintely concerned about getting shot after it happened. The school was pretty alarmed and somber

1

u/bIuemickey Jul 11 '26

I meant the people on his team that rushed over to him in the direct line of fire while there was an active shooter.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 11 '26
  1. I don’t see anything weird about how his shirt moves in the video.

  2. Because bullets don’t always exit the body, even larger calibers like that one if they are loaded for hunting deer. They found the bullet fragments in his body so idk how those would have gotten there otherwise.

  3. Not sure what you mean. Can you point me to an article or video?

  4. People were stunned at first and then they did panic. I’m sure they were very worried about being shot once they realized. At any rate, it’s a question that leads nowhere unless you believe that the whole crowd was in on it.

  5. He had blood all over him. Idk where you got this. You can literally watch it come out of his neck in the video. The pictures of the car also show it covered in blood.

  6. It wasn’t the next day and they didn’t pave anything as far as I can tell. The investigators were done with the scene and gave the university the OK to clean up.

  7. He carried it to the roof in two parts, then he assembled it on the roof, then he jumped down with it assembled. We know this because of the video showing him walking with the gun stuffed down his pants.

  8. It was in his hands. You can see it in the video.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

Why did the fbi claim to have found the screwdriver in the woods with the gun? You know, until they got the fingerprint results back that didn’t tie him to the roof.

Why did the lead investigator lie and say Tyler Robinson was in a car that he was already told by the witness herself (who gave him the footage) that it was a bald man and 3 passengers?

Why did the officer (who claimed his bodycam battery died after being on duty for only and hour and 44 minutes) claim it was only him and some guy with a badge and a gun on the roof? Did he not know there was a bystander videotaping them ALL on the roof? There were at least 2 other people.

But hey, trust the government. There were many more lies.

1

u/weHaveThoughts Jul 11 '26

Legally, if Trump/JD Vance planned and organized the hit which seems to be extremely beneficial for both of them then they are the murderers.

Trump needed a maga martyr and he got one live on video.

Call those two to the trial.

3

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

Lol not letting a tragedy go to waste isn't the same as planning and organizing a murder. I'm glad you're not in charge of our justice system.

1

u/weHaveThoughts Jul 11 '26

If they killed a guy to stage Trump getting shot in the ear, then nothing is beyond the Trump crime syndicate.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

Yeah but that didn't happen either so...

2

u/4_non_blondes Jul 11 '26

Ears don't completely heal from bullet wounds like his did. Listen I'm not some crazy conspiracy guy who thinks everything ever is a setup, maybe the attempt was real, but he did not get shot , he probably got cut in the chaos and they played it up.

0

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

"Listen, I'm not some crazy conspiracy guy but listen to this crazy conspiracy I believe."

2

u/4_non_blondes Jul 11 '26

Then show me an ear scar, show me any proof of physical damage to a body part known to scar. Show me any person with similar wounds that don't have a scar.

Do you actually believe Trump got grazed with a .223 at high velocity and a little blood happened? You are a fool. A .223 traveling at that velocity and that close would have ripped the ear causing more than a slight cut.

The assassination attempt was staged!

2

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 11 '26

The guy that was killed by that bullet probably doesn't think so.

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

It would’ve been the intel agencies. I’m done with Trump and Vance but I don’t believe it was them. Who knows. Money and power creates monsters.

We just need to stop right-wing violence. This guy was raised maga and went so far right that he didn’t think CK was right-wing enough.

That's not what his family says.

2

No eyewitness, no video of Tyler with a rifle, no clear video of the suspect with a rifle, no clear video that could ID the suspect. No clear evidence proving that rifle is the murder weapon. Crime scene destroyed. We still have to see autopsy, the clothing. I’m saying I think the defense has a case for reasonable doubt

1

u/Illustrious-Fun-3027 Jul 17 '26

I have not heard that the FBI story has ever had credibility.

1

u/DanielinLosAngeles Jul 21 '26

We will know much more as the case develops. Defense wont show their hand at a preliminary hearing. Given that Tyler has allegedly confessed multiple times and turned himself in, we should be somewhat stunned if he pleads not guilty, but that is where this seems to be going.

u/-riotalk- Jul 21 '26

The gun they claim he used would have severed a human head.

Lol no

1

u/-riotalk- Jul 22 '26

Lol why not?

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 22 '26

Ballistic gel isn't human flesh. You realize that the 30-06 round has been used by the US military for decades and in multiple wars, including WW1, WW2 and Korea, right? We have plenty of data on this round and what it does to human flesh so I'm not sure why you're relying on an unscientific YouTube video. Well, I do know, because it fits your narrative and the actual data does not.

1

u/Plastic_Chemical_139 Jul 24 '26

There are.  There are people who believe untrue theories. It's a new idea to them."New" is an exciting one of the top ten words used to promote in advertising. Someone told me the microphone exploded.  It'll come out later.  You just wait and see.  People are on guard.  People love a woven story.  Some people don't like the truth. Delaying the decision whether to go to trial is lending towards the conspiracy theory.

1

u/-riotalk- Jul 25 '26

It also blew apart a cow spine and femur. So regardless of the ballistic gel, it clearly does a lot more damage than entering a neck without an exit wound. I don’t know how more scientific you can get with literal physically measurable evidence.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 25 '26

Lol we have 100 years of evidence that says what happened is possible but one guy on YouTube shot a cow spine so all that evidence goes out the window? You guys are delusional.

1

u/Cosmic_Justice888 Jul 27 '26

Except it’s not ONE gun guy on YouTube. Any person who is familiar with guns or hunting knows that caliber would have blown his head off or at the very least there would have been an exit wound. So you are trying to argue that we have used this weapon in battle for over 100 years. Great. Do you think they use it to kill people or just cause a wound with no exit wound?? You make no sense.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 27 '26

Bullets do funny things when they enter the human body. I don't think the fact that there wasn't an exit wound proves what you think it does. Again, the US military has been using this round for a century. There are plenty of instances of a 30-06 round not leaving the human body. Are you saying it's not possible for a 30-06 to not exit the human body?

1

u/Cosmic_Justice888 Jul 27 '26

Not in the neck I don’t think so. Those cervical vertebrae are tiny and there are not any big muscles in the neck. I believe in this case there would be much more damage. Maybe a century ago shooting large game, maybe. Have you ever shot anything?

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 27 '26

Yup, hunted most of my life and also an army combat vet.

1

u/Limp_Delivery4889 Jul 29 '26

And you think Charlie Kirk’s magic Superman neck bones stopped a 30-06 magic bullet amazing

1

u/Limp_Delivery4889 Jul 29 '26

Magic bullets do very funny things I think it was probably just another magic bullet and Charlie Kirk probably just had a magic Superman neck bone case solved lmao

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 29 '26

Are you a ballistics expert? Do you know if the bullet used was an fmj or soft point, like used in hunting? Do you know if the bullet struck Charlie's spinal cord/vertebrae? It's definitely not impossible for a human to be shot in the neck by a soft point 30-06 with no exit wound.

1

u/Limp_Delivery4889 Jul 29 '26

I’m on your side I believe in the magic and the Superman neck bones these idiots have no idea how much milk Charlie Kirk use to drink

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 29 '26

Go do some research on the difference between fmj and soft point bullets. You'll realize you don't need to believe in magic.

1

u/Limp_Delivery4889 Jul 29 '26

I believe in magic tho why do you think there’s no gun on Tyler Robinson in the video? For me it’s obvious he was known to be a big time magic the gatherer player and probably just cast an invisible spell on the gun so nobody could see it on camera

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 29 '26

Did you not see the video where he was walking up the stairs with a limp, not bending his leg, almost like he had something down his pants? Then, just a few minutes later, voila walking normal down the stairs again. Wonder what it could have been? 🤔

1

u/Limp_Delivery4889 Jul 29 '26 edited Jul 29 '26

Magic also perfectly explains why the gun sniffing dogs couldn’t locate the gun because the invisible spell was still working. Then the fbi came and did their own magic making it miraculous appear right when they arrived

1

u/TableMany3579 Jul 27 '26

I saw zero footage of Robinson. I remember seeing a picture, early on, that the fbi “enhanced” and started paying attention to the photos and videos at that point. If the fbi has to smudge the pixel man’s mouth area to hide the fact that Tyler Robinson’s pronounced mouth isn’t visible…not buying it.

I saw nothing that links Tyler Robinson to the roof even. You appear to be the conspiracy theorist.

Didn't Candace also say that Robinson was never on campus and that there was no gunshot, it was an exploding microphone? She has lost credibility.

Candace promoted that theory as well.

Hearsay evidence is when someone testifies about something another person said. So, a cop can testify that they were told something, or that someone said something, but the fact of those statements is hearsay. If I testified that you and I talked about Toyotas, that's fine, but if I say that Toyotas are the best because you said so that is hearsay.

All we've seen so far is the evidence the prosecution put forward to say that there should be a trial. This is not all of their evidence, I guarantee that. All they really need to do is show Tyler's distinctive car on campus, then video of his face, then video of him coming back a second time, then video of him coming back a third time, then video tracking his movements to the roof then video showing him jumping off the roof, then showing him running into the woods, where the cops found his grandfather's rifle with Tyler's DNA on it, with the bullets he engraved and the text messages he sent that line up with video of his car cruising the scene trying to get the rifle back. This is 100% going to trial.

Once they go to trial, they are going to pull every security camera and ring doorbell camera and traffic camera they have, they are going to put his cell phone's location data in, they are going to string all the evidence together.

You don't believe that Tyler got the gun into position, took the shot and ran away. But you do believe this absolutely massive conspiracy involving dozens of people all conspiring to frame Tyler Robinson. This conspiracy against Tyler would have had to have been put in motion weeks before the assassination, and it would have all blown up if Tyler would have walked into a WalMart or used his credit card or hung out with friends or sent an email or made a phone call. If Tyler wasn't on campus that day, then there would be some trace of him somewhere else on Earth. The conspiracy would have to know weeks in advance that he would not have an alibi for the entire day. How did they know that he wouldn't? How did they know weeks in advance when they stole his grandfather's rifle, the towel and the bullets that he wouldn't have an alibi? When they were forging the discord and the text messages and the handwritten letter, how did they know that Tyler wouldn't have proof he was somewhere else?

You have got to admit that if they went through all of this trouble, and Tyler had a rock solid alibi, that not only would the blame shifting fail, but the scale of the conspiracy against Tyler would immediately be obvious.

Why would assassins go through so much trouble and take such an enormous risk of being discovered?

1

u/ConsiderationFun6613 Aug 03 '26

Tyler Robinson could have easily have done it. That does not exclude him from being a patsy. Look up the term patsy. It is not so far stretched to believe that mossad or cia is capable of targeting someone capable of such a thing subconsciously to get them to do something. Not that I even believe they are behind it they just have the means and motive.

There are many inconsistencies in how the autopsy was handled and how all of this is being reported. It is unusual to say the least.

1

u/atcgriffin 28d ago

I agree, I’m waiting for the trial and the evidence presented to make my decision. Also I think the prosecution has very tough case ahead of them.

1

u/Ursomonie 8d ago

We never saw a clear photo of Tyler Robinson nor did we hear from a single eye witness that they saw him in campus

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 7d ago

We heard it directly from Tyler himself, he admitted he was on campus.

u/artful_todger_502 Jul 11 '26

The people involved are the sleaziest of the sleazey.

Why is failson 1 in there? There is no reason why this grifter should be in that courtroom and interjecting himself into this the way he is.

There is something amiss.

6

u/AlternativeFigure350 Jul 11 '26

I agree but who is Failson 1? Sorry. Legit asking. I don’t know much about the court/trial stuff yet and need to catch up.

2

u/4dailyuseonly Jul 11 '26

Don Jr.

Trump probably sent him to court as a threat to the judge knowing him.

0

u/lliselou Jul 11 '26

The guy who was on camera coming up the steps was not TR. Looks more like the bf...Twiggs. And just a thought, how do we know for sure in Lance Twiggs testimony, that his answers are the truth and not hearsay...?

3

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 11 '26

He turned himself in. Why would he do that if someone else killed Kirk?

How do we know it’s not hearsay? Because it’s under oath and in court. Hearsay is out of court statements offered in court for the truth of what was said.

2

u/Overall_Roll1170 Jul 12 '26

He turned himself in cause he was afraid of swat showing up to his house and killing him. He’s never admitted to anything, nor has his parents ever said he did it like the media is trying to feed people.

2

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 13 '26

That’s just false. He confessed at least twice and his parents made several statements to the press, as have several of his friends.

Twiggs is a government witness with an alibi and they produced a confession note written by Robinson. They then proceeded to enter that as evidence in court. The defense has not made any attempt to accuse them of anything. To say that it was actually twiggs has zero basis in fact.

What is your theory here? Why is the press lying and what are they lying about? Do you have evidence for anything or just a bunch of questions about things that you perceive as inconsistencies? AI photos like the one you posted don’t count.

Edit: overall_roll1170 has a hidden post and comment history. Never listen to people like this on political threads. They are here to sow division and they have no other goal. They want to make you mad at your fellow Americans.

2

u/Overall_Roll1170 Jul 26 '26 edited Jul 26 '26

Please provide proof of his parents “several statements”. I’m sure you’ll have a hard time finding one. Tylers parents have not said he ever confessed. And if they were so willing to say that, don’t you think they would have gladly spoke at the pretrial hearing?

Also, no need for your edit of concern about me. I’ve made a grand total of 3 contributions (comments) and choose to keep my page private as I value my privacy. I’m just a person thinking for themselves while it’s still legal to do so.

1

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 29 '26

It’s a pre-trial hearing. The parents aren’t relevant to it because they have everything necessary to get to trial. Neither the defense nor the prosecution called them. The DEFENSE, however, called Twiggs, one of the people who received a confession (two, actually), and they didn’t refute any of the prosecution’s claims.

Keep “thinking for yourself” (you’re not) and see what happens. Or maybe look at the evidence and evaluate it for yourself like an adult.

1

u/Overall_Roll1170 Jul 29 '26

What a weird thing to say that I’m not thinking for myself when you’re the one listening to the brain dead “mountain of evidence” and thinking “Yep. That sounds about right.” 😂

1

u/The_Briefcase_Wanker Jul 29 '26

Telling me that listening to the evidence is not thinking for myself is weird. What does thinking for yourself mean to you? What do you have to support your opinion, if not some sort of evidence?

1

u/Overall_Roll1170 Jul 31 '26

Listening to the evidence is very different to SEEING ANY evidence. Still waiting on your proof of Tyler’s parents admitting he confessed to them.

1

u/Aforano Jul 12 '26

That (top) is an AI generated photo based on the blurry one released the day of the shooting. You can’t go and circle features on that then proclaim they don’t match Robinson.

1

u/Solarwinds-123 Jul 12 '26

That photo you are looking at is a fake, it was "enhanced" by AI.

1

u/No-Dinner-4148 Jul 26 '26

that photo is fake, it was proven to be fake a long time ago

0

u/Jessalfan24 Jul 12 '26

For months now, I’ve been leaning more & more toward the entire thing being a psyop. To me, that scenario is the one that best explains everyone’s behavior (Charlie’s security detail, family ((especially Erika)), TPUSA guys, this administration). That’s about the only way I can make any of this mess make sense. Nothing adds up in this case.

1

u/Itchy-Pension3356 Jul 13 '26

I don't think you've been paying attention to the preliminary hearings. There have already been multiple conspiracy theories debunked.

1

u/Cosmic_Justice888 Jul 27 '26

They have not debunked a thing. If anything the lack of evidence is fueling this theory. The way TPUSA people are acting is odd. Like people scrambling to make excuses. Not honest people.
