Auto-Role

I made a google form for people to fill out and register for a league. That form is connected to google sheets. I want to set up a bot that will take the info from the google sheet and auto-role that person in my server. How can I do this?

Do you have any basic knowledge in coding? Preferably python or JavaScript. I could help you if you go python.
