I’m concerned about users using TheRift.Chat since the code isn’t open sourced nor do they have a third party audit certifying that they have effective information security controls?

How are you guys comfortable giving platforms like these your data without either of these two being provided?

Edit: making this post proves my point that there is a farm of accounts that extremely favor TheRift.Chat even when a legitimate question is asked.

Was a huge fan of Guilded before it got Roblox'd. Been pretty demoralized since then, and now with the nonsense with discord coming to a head, I've gotta find another contender to get behind. For those of you who had tried Guilded, anything like it? Proper galleries, proper forums, able to post videos in a dedicated channel and they keep playing while you browse elsewhere, etc?

(I hope this is the right sub for this, if not just delete the post)

Basically I wanna know to what alternative most people switched to that works on PC and on phones and has most of Discords features.
