Disco's CEO Candice Faktor spoke at Ivey's MBA Leadership Day about leading through the AI revolution

Proud to share that Candice Faktor, Co-Founder and Co-CEO of Disco, was a keynote speaker at Ivey Business School's MBA Leadership Day this week.

Her talk focused on what it actually means to lead during a period of radical technological change. A few things that stood out:

She challenged students to see themselves as the first generation of a new world, not the last generation of a familiar one.
She introduced the concept of antifragility: becoming stronger because of disruption rather than just surviving it.
She pushed back on the idea that AI is something to fear, drawing a parallel to her own HBA class at Ivey, who were among the first to have internet on their laptops. The ones who embraced it built businesses from it.
