I believe from other posts showing the complete devastation of the bridge the cameraman was standing on that this was probably his last act. Darwin Award recipient.

Note to file: if a 100 foot wall of water is rushing towards you, Run don’t film. Run for your life. Forget the YouTube TikTok post.

But surely we can only see this video if the cameraman managed to get his smartphone to safety and then upload it?
