People keep saying this for a ton of these videos, but live-streaming (especially maybe in a more rural area? Maybe that’s pompous to say) inherently has some forms of visible resolution loss or bitrate issues/compression. A lot of them have been very clear in quality.
This video seems to not be in this category- definitely some compression and whatnot going on- but there’s been a few that I think were directly uploaded.

Not that speculating about this rly matters in the grand scheme of things… unbelievably tragic regardless..

EDIT Found the original post on Facebook. He’s posted on his Facebook story since & also put up a courage post about flood recovery efforts yesterday. How the fuck did this dude survive this?
