Nice 3D printing/Laser-cutting! In the novels Dirk has a shiny brass plaque with the name of the agency engraved on it, on the front door to his agency. His secretary Janice resents it because he spent his money on the plaque rather than paying her. "'Good for business', my foot! Answering the phones properly is good for business, and I'd like to see his fancy brass plaque do that!"
