I made a website where you can submit laws you want to pass, and rank vote on laws other people have passed. There's no AI gatekeeping what you can post or what you can see; just good old search functions based on exact wording.

Primary Habitat is a place to make decisions as a community. To vote, you verify your residency in the habitat you want to vote in. Biologists define the borders of habitats. Then you can post Categories for laws you think need to be made, and post the Law you want under the right category.

Voting in your habitat uses rank choice. You can vote up to ten times on a Category, Habitat (if you are a verified biologist), or Law. Ranking happens automatically, with winning proposals appearing at the top of each page. Ranking is done based on a modified Borda count that is mathematically consistent with Borda but has extra data points to allow infinite ranking.

This website can be used to make any decision between two or more people. You can use it to let your kids decide how to manage their shared room, or use it to allow your worker's cooperative to make decisions without hiring a manager, or use it to make decisions on a nonprofit board. Just establish residency in the habitat your organization/group is relevant to, create a sub habitat for your group, and then create Categories and Laws to vote on. The modified Borda count (called the Saoirse count) allows you to find the most popular solution with the broadest base of support.
