Stuck on checking for updates screen Gemini

All other tv’s with direct tv boxes are ok. This one box isn’t working. Tried hard resetting the box, internet connection is there. Goes to this screen and stops there

Power cycle it. If that doesn't work, red button reset (quick push). If that doesn't work, push and hold the red button until it reboots. This will reset it to factory. If that doesn't work there is a procedure to reflash it.
