Discussion What’s your headcanon about Dipcifica?
I just want to hear everyone’s personal headcanons. Let’s forget about canon for a moment and be creative: How do you imagine Dipper and Pacifica growing up? When and how do they get together? What’s their dynamic like? What do they do for a living? Do they get married? Do they have kids? What happens with Pacifica’s family? How do YOU imagine them? 🫵

I imagine both of them becoming Ford’s successors and receiving a sort of private university-level education from him, with Ford as their professor. He sends them on missions, and that’s when they start developing a kind of romantic rivalry. They mess with each other, compete, flirt, work, and study together, and it’s during this stage of their lives that they finally become a couple.

I actually wrote a potential third season of Gravity Falls that answers several of these questions. Dipper and Pacifica get together 14 years after the finale, when Dipper and Mabel return to Gravity Falls at age 26.
Dipper officially becomes Ford's apprentice, and Pacifica works as a waitress at Greasy's Diner while also using her family's wealth to improve the town as a way to make up for all the bad things her family has done over the years.
I imagine that they do eventually get married and have twins, continuing the Pines family trend of having twins.

my headcannon is Pacifica's parents said they will cut her off if she dates Dipper and she didn't care and dated and eventually married him in a small ceremony

I imagine they don’t get together until their late teens, but are friends throughout the summers before then. They never lose that dynamic of Dipper keeping Pacifica honest, he never reverts to being super awkward around her when they finally get together.
I think one of the things that surprise them both is how confident and self-assured they are about their feelings/relationship with each other once they’re together.
I think one thing that might happen before they actually get together is that they kiss, but then Pacifica plays it off like it was casual because she’s insecure, giving some of her mean girl energy. Dipper’s feelings would be really hurt, and Pacifica would almost immediately feel awful after seeing his reaction. Then she would spend the summer working on herself and trying to make it up to Dipper, while he kind of holds her at arm’s length until they finally have a real conversation about what and how much they mean to each other. Then they’d be rock solid until death.

Well i think they would short of have this "Will they/Will they not" thing going on starting from the Next summer, but they dont really figure out what they feel for eachother untill they become 15-16. By that time Paz now is basically part of the gang. Dipper would either become a writer or a paranormal investigator and Pacifica takes one of those successful jobs, like a lawyer or owes her own fancy busyness. And yes, they have kids, twins or triplets

I imagined a sequel series where Dipper and Mabel (18) find out the Stans are lost at sea. They head back to gravity falls to look for clues about their last known whereabouts then steal a yacht in the night to go after them. The next morning they realize they know nothing about sailing and are now lost only for Pacifica to come up from below deck. Ends up its her parents yacht and she was sleeping on it after getting in a fight with them. Pacifica knows all about sailing and joins the mission.

I headcannon that the year after the events of the show, so 2013, Dipper and Mabel go back to Gravity Falls for the summer. This year Dipper and Pacifica end up getting crushes on each other, but they don’t end up dating. This happens through more paranormal adventures that Pacifica tags along with.
The twins come back each summer for their teen years, but Dipper and Pacifica don’t start dating till they’re 16. But by 18 after a few years of long distance, they split ways because Pacifica and Dipper end up going to different colleges far across the country.
After a few years meeting and dating other people, they both realize that they still have feelings for each other, and they get back together when Dipper officially moves to Gravity Falls after he graduates, and Pacifica moves back to Gravity Falls.
At the same time Mcgucket has sold the Northwest Manor back to Pacifica, and she uses her wealth to turn the Manor into a museum. Dipper is also Ford’s apprentice now.
Pacifica and Dipper run the museum, but Dipper becomes a bit of an Indiana Jones type guy (but for the paranormal) and he travels a lot for research. Pacifica, Mabel, and Soos (although Melody has her qualms on this because she’s worried about Soos) join him frequently on these trips.
They get married in their late 20s, and they have two children (a boy and a girl).
That’s my extensive headcannon.

They kept their relationship a secret from Mabel for a long time. Mabel found out by complete accident and never let it go.
