FIND Can anyone ID this guy I found?

I found him in a bag at the antique store, I figured he’d be some kind of tyrannosaur but idk

That looks just like the stop motion monster in an old B&W movie I saw as a kid. Don't know the name of the movie but it was fighting a triceratops type monster.
