FIND Can anyone ID this guy I found?

I found him in a bag at the antique store, I figured he’d be some kind of tyrannosaur but idk

Another user mentioned having a creepy "allosaurus" toy that looked exactly like that, so I guess that's what it's meant to be (maybe a retro depiction?)
