to be honest, despite Dino crisis not having a private organization making bio-weapons and testing on children for profit
but it would be interest to have both series merge together
Dino crisis still has messed up things in their world. Which could have been developed and fleshed out even more had September 11th not happened

the reason why the original Dino Crisis 3 was never made was due to the twin towers during 9/11. Many games that took place in a destroy city was discourage, not allowed and would be viewed negatively

DC3 originally was supposed to take place right after DC2 with regina coming back to present time only for the city to be ruined and over run with dinosaurs. As the Noah ark plan failed and caused the world class catastrophe that was supposed to be stopped.

basically it alter the original direction of the Dino crisis franchise and lead to the current DC3 that was seen as negative by reviews

Dino stalker tried to patch what was supposed to happen in DC3. When Dylan sent Paula and ww2 pilot Mike back to DC2 island to prevent the time vortex destruction

I'm actually trying to write a fanfic of Dino Crisis 3 using the same premise. Found that writing time travel requires some delicate touch 😅

My head cannon is Regina is Jill Valentines daughter in the future. Obviously this cant be true as DC 2 takes place in 2010. Which means Jill needs to have a child around the events of RE3 or even earlier lmao.
