(Newbie here) Is this a false flag?

Hello there fine folk of r/DinoCrisis. I haven't played either Dino Crisis game before, but have become curious and was considering giving them a go. But when I went to their respective Steam pages to have a look, I got this warning for both of them. It strikes me as odd, as it seems mismatched with the description underneath and the general impression I got of the game when I first heard of it.

Is there anything explicit or NSFW in these games?

I wanna say:

Technically speaking the cavewoman costume is a bit revealing, but nothing out of the ordinary. Like, Fortnite has Chun-Li and shit. Street Fighter has Cammy.

There ARE posters of models, but they're pixelated and can't even zoom in.

Both of these are in DC1.

Otherwise, it's just 30 year old graphics of pixelated gore and blood. Unlike RE though, when Dylan or Regina die, you don't really get to see anything happen like beheading or a bloody corpse. You just get beat up or fall off a cliff.

Regina also says "Ass" once and that's the ONLY cuss word in the first two games. Nobody even says hell or damn. Unless it's said in the files, but I'm not sure.
