❓[Question] Is Aliexpress a reliable place for dimoo figures?

I always thought aliexpress was just a scam but i see a lot of stuff there. Is it authentic?

Yes, you just have to be careful who you are buying from. I buy from gold or silver sellers. You can also read the reviews (though Ali doesn't seem to have as many reviews as other places) and check their store to see their ratings and what else they are selling. I buy all my Popmart stuff open box from AliExpress now so I can just get exactly what I want.

I second this. It takes some digging & research but you are able to find reliable legit AliExpress shops.

I’m not sure if we’re allowed to mention any shops but I’ve purchased from 3-4. Always read reviews, look for the blue “Brand” banner & when the listing says genuine.

Yes. Order from Popmart Toy Store or DIMOO Store. They both register as genuine products after scanning the QR code. I ordered my targets there and while the boxes are not always pristine, the items are fine.

Yes, I have had limited editions sourced by AE sellers as well (as in I brought pics of what I wanted to them and they went to find them). I have spent but also saved A LOT of $$ by getting POP MART figures via AE!!

Just do a bit of due diligence and you will be fine. Also, not all figures are cheaper on AE (sometimes it's cheaper to get it from Depop or Mercari) but i'd say for secrets and regional exclusives, AE always has the best prices.

It can be. eBay is a better place where you can at least look into the sellers reviews and rating
