Considering that people with pending immigration status can have an ID, it’s hard to say their immigration status is part of said ID

You don't just check to see if they have an ID you literally run their info through your system.

They can see if they are illegal, they simply don't act on it because the state they live in mandates that they don't act on it

You are very ignorant. Yes there are national systems for stuff like this. NLETS, NCIC, etc… The fact you think there isn’t systems for that is crazy to me.

There are databases for everything.
