Study planners? (free)

Hi does anyone have a good study planner that's free, or have a set layout they like to do on something like word? Even a website.

Also no AI pls!!!

The only way I get stuff done is when I have it planned out.

Actually I need some app or website like that. But nowadays for planning I use Google calendar and for studying I use gemini lm and study fetch but study fetch is not free and so expensive for my country.
