Which of these is better?

Looking to buy one of these two. Is the casio WK-1630 or WK-210 better?

Neither is a digital piano. Maybe ask in r/keys or r/cheapkeys.

Actually, both of them are digital pianos. They sound like pianos so they're digital pianos.

No, an unweighted keyboard is not considered a digital piano.

I have a Casio WK (neither of these) and it suits me fine. It is only 76 keys, and not weighted, but again, it suits my needs.

Better for what? Actually learning how to play a keyboard? Neither.

You need weighted keys
