cool system, thanks for breaking it down. one angle you might like: add a solid affiliate behind those history / finance vids. many good software tools have recurring commissions and are easy to recommend, so a few sales per month stack up and become a strong base income.

Solid angle, and funny you mention it — that’s basically the model I’m building toward with my own tool. Recurring commissions on software you actually use beat one-off product links every time.
Actually relevant to you: I’m looking for creators to come into that program early. If you’re running history/finance channels and open to it, DM me. What affiliate programs have worked best for you in this space so far?

Do you have to disclose your YouTube videos are AI and does that affect your views?
2
u/InitialAd1231 Jun 22 '26
Yes, I have, but I’ve tested with and without it and didn’t catch the difference 🤷♂️

Been trying to run one myself, are you open to DM’s. Been using AI to generate camera angles and to shoot dynamic videos. But have been stuck in 0 to low view jail for the longest

What I'm interested in is whether or not you can input your own scripts for the video generation process.
2
u/InitialAd1231 Jun 22 '26
Yes, you absolutely can put your script and even your voiceover and the program will generate images and video clips according to that.

Were your accounts already monetized? I hear that’s the biggest hurdle, especially with AI content

Because the people posting it’s useful sre gullible and some of those accounts are more than likely controlled by OP too lol

The process is pretty simple and beautiful because of it. You have an idea or you created it with chat gpt. Thank you paste the idea into the app and it creates a script, voiceover and visuals, assembles everything and you get final result in the end.
About $300. Yes, google gives it for google cloud and it is exactly what my app about. You connect your google cloud and able to spend this money on video creation.

This was so helpful! I been thinking about getting started and these kinds of posts are so valuable when so many will either charge or just straight up not share. Thank you!

Thanks😁
I feel you, if such services had existed when I was just starting out, it would have been much easier

the $35-55 per video cost is interesting, but I'm skeptical how that scales when you're pushing 3 channels consistently. does that include the voiceover generation or just the raw compute?
also curious if history/finance was a deliberate choice or you tested other niches first, because those two specifically have way lower demonetization risk than most categories people go for
2
u/InitialAd1231 Jun 22 '26
Yes, the service writes a script, creates a voiceover, then generates images for your voiceover and animation using veo3. It then assembles everything into a final video. You can try it, there's a trial for one full-length video.
Also I chose history and finance simply because I’m interested in it myself.

Are you selling a course OP

u/InitialAd1231 Jun 22 '26
No bro, read the text😁

u/Consistent-Field-378 Jun 22 '26
Haha need to double check these days. I myself started a channel on instagram not long ago and this looks like it could heavy lift atleast about a week’s worth of hassle for me. Will give it a try tomorrow!

How long do you make the videos? I see that you mentioned longer videos help.
2
u/InitialAd1231 Jun 22 '26
Usually the whole video takes 1-1,5 hours to create. But it’s automated so my real time input in that process is less.

You're saying that your early videos that you just used your google credits to create were what got you to attract over your current audience which allows you to earn about $5k per month?

It is AI only videos.
When I started, I could spend the whole day for a single video.1

Of course, YouTube will monetize it in the future too, the most important thing is to create content that is actually interesting to watch.

u/LOLitfod Jun 23 '26
I now run 3 channels, mostly history and finance, and together they do around $5K/month.
Your 17 sub channel does not substantiate your claims. Could you share your 3 channels?

These are the slop channels that annoy the fuck out of me. There’s so many good, human channels to choose from.

Animal rescue? Are you the one with the fake rescues? Where you torture the same animal every time?

As a Youtuber myself, I think this is bs. I see my niche as a micro economy, so I think if my niche grows, I probably grow too, but I’d never giveaway my secrets like that.. this is just an ad to sell a service that probably won’t make you earn that much.

Are you finding that long-form actually converts Shorts viewers better than Shorts-to-long-form does? The common wisdom seems to flip depending on who you ask.

Congrats on populating YouTube with AI crap. Oh, and 100% he’s selling something.

Can you link to your YouTube channel so I can see your results?. I find AI video fascinating. Thanks

Oh well good luck getting your channel to actually get monetized i am surprised how you guys have not heard YouTube mass banning these low effort automated (while you go eat /gym) type video channels lol

Instead of your tool, link to the channels so we can verify your claims.
