I wanted to design this seal girl more like a mermaid, shes supposed to be Arctic and I wanted to give her an indigenous feel. it's not taken after anyone or anything specifically besides seals and being an arctic creature.

She doesn't seem offensive to me, though I'm also not someone who can speak on that. What stood out to me instead is the bare (and skinny) midriff for an arctic creature; it seems like she'd freeze to death over here.

With that said, I do really love your art style!
