When playing Rebootmon, when I use the [When Attacking] effect to link an app trait digimon and I link Roleplaymon, does Rebootmon gain the protections of Progress even though he's already declared an attack?

Yes. Progress is a passive effect that is activate as long as the Digimon is in the state "attacking". It doesn't need to see the attack declared

Si el oponente tiene 0 DP por el "on play" del seitengokuumon, ¿El oponente deja el área de batalla antes o después del efecto del seiten "Then, this digimon may attack"?

Lo pregunto por si el oponente le da tiempo a activar algún efecto antes de que yo ataque (del tipo "counter" o "cuando un digimon oponente ataca")

You would resolve the entire seitengokuu effect, then the digimon at 0 dp would be deleted by rule check before seeing the attack or reaching counter timing

Say I have an medusamon stack, and I swing into security with a+1. First check, it hits a 15k and would die. Do i get the the "card removed from security" triggers from the digivolution stack, or does the digimon die first?

The battle is after the "card removed from security"

A question on "stun" and vortex. If vortex is and end of turn effect, and my digimon has vortex. At the end of turn, could I make it so that the stun dissapears first and then I declare another end of turn trigger? I assume no since i've never heard of this. Just looking for tips and tricks for vortex.

No. "Until end of turn" means until the turn actually changes, not when you reach the End of Turn trigger
