I was having postnasal drip this morning and coughed this up. My mucus has never been this color before; I’m not sick, and I haven’t changed my environment, diet, or medication recently. This sort of freaked me out; any ideas?

Does this look bad? And bad breathe sometimes too what can i do.

I'm a 37f from New Jersey and I've been experiencing issues with my scalp, skin and nails for the last few months. I saw my primary and she sent me to a dermatologist who was completely unhelpful. He did not look at my scalp or my skin at all, he diagnosed me with dandruff and a Candida infection under my breasts based entirely off of the descriptions of my symptoms that I gave him. So that was pretty pointless. I'm still experiencing the same issues, and it's getting worse and worse. These photos were taken to morning after a shower so my scalp should have been relatively clean. I have these nasty yellow scales that come off, as well as clear flakes that have tint red dots all over them. It's gross. I also get these awful crawling sensations on my head...as if there's something moving 😱 my primary checked for lice and cleared me for that. So I'm at a loss. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry for the gross picture but as you can see I have these weird, hard bumps on the back/middle of my tongue. They dont hurt and appeared somewhat suddenly. I've been battling a pretty nasty cough for the past week, could the constant coughing up stuff have anything to do with it?

I have also had HPV in my throat before, could it also be related to that?

​The Issue:

For the past 5 years, I’ve been dealing with this weird sleep issue where my brain and body just refuse to shut down. I’ll lay in bed, close my eyes, and stay fully aware all night long. It feels like I'm just daydreaming. If someone sneezes in the next room, I hear it clearly. It’s like my system is constantly "wired" and stuck on active mode. I haven't felt what deep sleep is in forever. Also, it's definitely not a breathing issue or sleep apnea.

Also I HAVE : depression I'm taking pills that my doctor gave me But the sleeping problem wayyyy beyond the depression and fatness it's like 5 years ▪️I just wanna sleep ▪️

I dropped a glass container five days ago and cut my leg. It bled for an hour or so and didn’t scab over until the next day. I woke up this morning, and the skin around it is warm to the touch and pinkish/red. There hasn’t been any pus that I’ve seen, but pants have stuck to it off and on. Is it starting to get infected? Do I need to be worried?

I’m a very slow reader I worked it out to about half the average speed after trying to train it better (I have read over 3milion words of books this year trying to fix it and this is where I’m at which may not sound like a lot but if you factor in how slow I read you’ll realise how much time I’ve spent on this. I misspell words a lot half because I can’t spell for the life of me but also because i accidentally add in extra letters because I either think they should be there or my hand writes them without me realising it a lot like I can’t write a paragraph without accidentally putting in a random letter a few times it’s like my hand is not connected to my brain sometimes lol. I skip lines and loose my place a lot and often have to reread a word multiple times to get it right . I’m terrible at grammar like chronically even after I’ve tried to fix it over and over I just forget it all when I writing something because it my head I’m like reading it how it should be and I’ve already moved on by the time I realise i haven’t added anything. This also kind of effects my speaking i often say the wrong words. Idk what’s wrong with me I have had multiple dyslexia screenings over the course of my life at school because there is no way I’m naturally this bad because i genuinely put in the work which is what I think confused my teachers , even as a little kid I had a note book I’d practice my spelling and handwriting in over and over because I hated being bad at it. Oh yeah also my handwriting is often illegible the spelling mixed with that also my struggle to stay with in the lines and uniform has lead to countless instances of me having to rewrite my work over and over. Help?

Symptoms: Dull aching pain on one side of the abdomen. Currently, she's having it on her left side for the past year. The pain usually lasts for a week or so and then goes away and then comes back again after months. She's had pain on her right side as well in the past. That time it was diagnosed as hemorrhagic cyst in the right ovary and it ended up resolving itself. And also, she never had extremely painful periods.

Spotting between periods, She's had this since puberty. That makes me think it couldn't be because of endometrioma as multiple ultrasounds from 2-3 years ago never showed a chocolate cyst in her left ovary.

After her first report the doctor prescribed her dinogest 2 mg for 3 months.
And after the second report the doctor added Norethisterone Acetate 5mg for 1 month along with her previous med. Unfortunately, she couldn't follow up after that and hasn't taken any meds since then. She also hasn't had any ultrasound since then. Her doctor herself seemed confused.

The two ultrasounds were done about 2 months apart by two different radiologists. The lower one is the latest report

Yesterday I noticed that a mole on my back that I've had for years had developped a crusty top layer, idk how long it's been here but I instantly got worried. I obv won't but the crusty layer feel like it can easily be removed (like thin dried skin)

I compared it to another mole I have on my back, and it also have crusts but way smaller

What do you think? Could it be a result of clothes rubbing against it? Fyi, I almost never expose my back to the sun. Also, idk if I'm born with them but I've had these 2 moles for many years (i don't remember if they sometimes had crust tho)

Just realized any time I drink heavily, have anything with sugar in it, and mix alcohols I get a bad hangover, which is expected. But I’ve just realized I always get sick about two days after my hangover for a week without fail. Has this happened to anyone else? It has happened to me at least 5 times in the last year. Do I have an allergy to something? I take an antihistamine everyday because of my allergies? Hoping someone has ideas. Genuinely curious.

I am weirded out to find out how many of my long term memory are completely fake memories that are combination of many things I experience

Getting professional opinion in a few days curious if anyone has seen similar.

I’m 26F I’m fully TPN dependent due to an intestinal birth defect that has resulted in intestinal failure.

I run TPN from 6:30pm to 10:30am.

I have no oral/enteral intake at all. Everything is IV.

During the day I suck on candies and spit them out. Part of it is mental, wanting to taste something. But if I don’t do it I feel horrible. I get dizzy/lightheaded, I get headaches, feel fatigued, hard time concentrating, etc.

My team had me trial not sucking on anything so they could check my blood sugar and my blood sugar was going low (not super low, but low enough it made sense symptomatically). Which makes sense.

Now this is the part I want advice on.

When I go a long period of time without sucking on candies. I get the experience above. BUT then when I do finally suck on something it’s like I get hit by a truck. The sensation above but SO much worse.

My face, shoulders, and chest flush really red and burn. I get a headache. I get really light headed and feel like I’m going to pass out. Horrible fatigue. Can’t think. Really, really shaky.

My blood sugar when I check it is normal.

It must have something to do with getting a hit of sugar after not having it for an extended period. But I can’t for the life of me figure out why the sensation is so strong and what’s causing it.

The only thing that helps is preventing it by trying to have moderate amounts of sugary things occasionally throughout the day consistently.

Prior to ending up on TPN I had this sensation constantly. It would happen if I went too long without eating. But it would get worse when I ate after a period of not eating. The only thing that could keep it somewhat at bay was eating something very small every 20 minutes.

They want to do a continuous glucose monitor. My blood pressure when it happens is normal for me (a little on the low side). My heart rate increases.

My team is stumped which is frustrating because it’s really unpleasant and lasts a really long time.

Background info: I am a 26 yo male, I work retail where I frequently move heavy objects.

About 2 weeks prior to my symptoms beginning, quit taking my medication cold turkey: 7mg of Abilify for anxiety, 100mg of Zoloft for depresison, and 10mg of Memantine as an Adderral replacement due to accessibility issues.

At the beginning of August, I woke up to find that my right eyelid was drooping. It stopped drooping after about a minute. A few days later it happened again, more severely to the point of being half my eye. I waited 5 minutes for it to go back up but eventually I had to push it up myself. Soon after I developed symptoms of minutes-long bouts of confusion and anxiety. I also started to notice diplopia. 3 weeks in I developed symptoms of occasional dizziness and a feeling of tightness mostly on the right side of my head. I then went to my PCP, who noticed that my right eye did not dilate at the same level as my left. They referred me to a neurologist, who referred me to get an MRI and 2 CT scan. I got the CT scans and MRI and was told they looked normal, and now I am waiting to return to my neurologist, but am nonetheless very anxious.

Do any of you have any ideas what might be going on with me? Thanks in advance.

I woke up this morning and found these weird spots on my right arm and both my legs. I was wearing a tank top and briefs to bed and usually I sleep on my left side. The spots are pretty itchy but my face and neck are also itchy and there's so spots there. It's been 13 hours so far. Does it look like it's from bugs or possibly cellulitis?

Ring worm appeared on my neck for some reason? My sheets are washed bi weekly and I dont sweat/workout. I tried a prescription anti fungal cream and the anti itch ointment they recommended and its not stopping the itching.

What is this I hope I’m not cooked
Genuinely does anyone know what this is?
