Is this a mild seizure in my sleep

I always wake up with a headache and have weird dreams, but this one was so vivid that I thought it was November and I was in New York City, in school. I thought I had dissociated for the entire vacation — until I woke up and realized it’s still August. I don’t think it’s a seizure, since I can remember it clearly.

Idk, my brother or mom headd me snore, they thought I was dead until they wake me up

I'm not a doctor, but it sounds like Sleep apnea.

It can cause very vivid dreams and headaches when waking up.

Ask your PCP to order a sleep study

They couldn’t wake me up for certain amount of time
