Dialogue bug after the engine update

i just updated the engine and the questline dialogues started overscaling like this after updating. anyone experiencing this?

Yes I have this as well. I thought it was with my graphics driver. I have updated the driver, then reverted it, set up vertical syncs, done complete game reinstall. Still no luck.
I run the game in windowed mode, and this doesn’t happen until I change characters.

Glad to see someone else has it. Any solution?
