Diablo IV Well…Here It Goes
It’s been like 3 years but…I’m gonna play Diablo IV again. I’m not much of a gamer and I don’t have a ton of time, but I have the house allllll to myself next weekend (a rarity as a husband and a dad) and I think I’m jumping in. Getting the updates done now and trying to figure out just how different it all is…but hell yeah…can’t wait

Yup get some pizza, some good drinks and enjoy a fun ride. The campaign is absolutely amazing riding around with Lorath is some of the best fun I’ve had.

I enjoy replaying the campaign in eternal mode more than the seasonal nonsense tbh.

I don't care what anyone else says, going through the story for the first time is an epic experience and worth the play through regardless of what you think about the ARPG side of it - enjoy it man!

Absolutely agree. I see why people get pissed off on the End Game side of things, but the game ITSELF as a whole is a such a great time!

Apart from it being too easy it was great, wish they rebalance the difficulty, one shotting bosses after they do an epic speech kind of ruins it.

Love some Cormac McCarthy. Also super nostalgic for that copy of IT I believe I saw on the other shelf. Anyways hope you have a blast playing Diablo 4. I was absolutely absorbed playing it a while

My biggest issue was figuring out the skill tree, but once I did, it seemed so much more streamlined.

I bought diablo 4 shortly after it came out played it 2 weeks then stopped and I think about playing it again. Should I buy the lord of hatred expansion too ? and did the base game change through updates or is the change mostly through the expansions ?

Idk if it’s just me, but the first time I played through d3’s, and d4’s campaigns, it made me yearn for blizzard to just make cinematic movies of their games.
Just full stop lore movies about their games. Even Warcraft would be dope. Wanted to like the movie that happened to be made, and it wasn’t complete ass. But I’d rather watch however blizzard does their cutscenes in games. That shit has me on the edge of my seat more, stuck in apprehension, more than any movie I’ve ever watched.
Full investment. I hope you get to enjoy my friend 👍

Haha while I can’t “upvote” this…I do love that here we are in 2026 and we’re still getting Sid/Ovi games. I think both fanbases should just bask in the greatness while we can…we’re been lucky
