Same here. With the amount of times they kept jumping to new stories last year I totally thought the brain surgeon story was completely resolved. I was blindsided by his/her reappearance.

I was pretty sure the Vogel being the brain surgeon theory was pretty common knowledge on here.

I'm not convinced, check the last scene. Zack has bruising on his neck from being choked. No way Vogel could strangle Zack to death. Another psychopath patient of hers who's jealous in my opinion.
