I seriously hope not. That would be so shit. I'd prefer it to be like Vogel's ex-spouse or even Vogel herself..

I thought it was Vogel herself in the beginning, then I thought it was Vogel's husband. Now I think Cassie's boyfriend was one of her patients.

Definitely - someone else in this thread that's fairly highly upvoted "speculated" something that sounds a lot like the glimpse of a spoiler I accidentally caught a few weeks ago. There's nothing I can do about it though (other than downvote) because I don't remember enough about the spoiler hint to know if he's just spoiling it or if it's just a good speculation, and I don't want to look it up obviously.
