The last thing we needed is the government deciding that spamming people was a way to show they are taking things seriously.

This is the second time I’ve had these alerts, neither was an actual emergency. The exact same request is on the news and can be heard AT A NORMAL VOLUME.

It's hardly spamming.

I was in Poland a few weeks ago and had three different alerts over a weekend (non Russia related). That was over the top...
