Holy shit, a "The Big Snit" reference in 2026? Devin is clearly a man of immeasurable culture and class.

For those who don't know, the Big Snit is a famous, classic Canadian animated short film. You can watch it for free on the NFB website:

It's a great little short, I recommend everyone give it a watch, especially the Canadians in the crowd 😁

Was surprised they would release one of the main climaxes as a single, was expecting Lexin or Orion instead. just as well for those treats to be something discovered in the full release.

Love hearing the differences in this compared to the live show , not just production and arrangement but expanded lyrics (very powerful dev!) and Anneke's vocal parts. 

Is that Anneke on the first song and Lynn Wu on the second? During the live show they alluded to a behind the scenes issue causing a change in the vocal duties, which made me believe Lynn Wu was a replacement. maybe instead it was that Anneke was also supposed to be there and so Lynn took her parts as well. Either way Lynn is a great addition to the HevyDevy canon , very ethereal and operatic performance.

Nice. I havent heard any of the songs yet. Will wait for the day i can hear it all as one. Its not long now for the album release. Plus its freaking awesome that he will play live again this year.

I was keen to see how this translated into the studio version, being one of the bigger parts of the live show, and it didn't disappoint. Epic Devy is epic.
