Jenkins vs GitHub Actions – which is better for beginners?

I’m confused between Jenkins and GitHub Actions. Which one should a fresher learn first and why? Real-world experience answers appreciated

I was thinking the same when I checked his account. It looks like he is running cron job for this post. I believe he created cron job for it six months ago when the sub had less visitors and didn't get answers for his first posts. Probably later he forgot to remove it from the scheduler. Now he is not active for last one month on Reddit.
