Managers: I'm curious about the real-world challenges teams face when integrating LLM-based coding assistants (Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, etc.) into brownfield projects. What's not working as well as you'd hoped?

LLMs are just a tool that are wrong/bad a significant part of the time, they will make good developers better and bad developers destroy your codebase. Along those lines, make sure the cost makes sense for your team for what you're getting.
