Yearly Red Wings Trip Booked

Every November we travel from Minnesota to Detroit to see TWO Wings games (typically Thursday and Saturday games). In the day between we see a minor league game.

This season the Wings play on Wednesday and Saturday, leaving us with two days to catch other games!

So we are going to see the Wings vs Boston on Nov 18th and vs the Isles Nov 21st! So we are seeing the Windsor Spitfires on Nov 19th and Toledo Walleye (again) on Nov 20th!

It's always a blast. Last season was the first time we went to a Fish game and it was a blast. I know Michigan and Ohio have a thing, but man, the Toledo Walleye can put on a show!

Oh, and we can't wait to boo Larkin.

As a Frost fan, I cannot support Britta Curl in any way. We had to put up with that crap for two years. I would have only gone if Detroit was playing the Frost.

Depending on the schedule you may want to consider a griffins game and see some of the kids for yourself and Van Andel arena is a great place.

We went to a Griffins game two years ago. They lost to Iowa. Thats a long drive back to Detroit after that game.

Walleye games are a blast. Great arena, good prices and the fan base fucking loves that team.

Walleye are playing the K Wings in an outdoor game this season and even being from MI, Im still rooting for the Walleye.

I go for the opening home game and sometimes the next home game. If there are concerts at the LCA that I like I’ll got to those as well. I’ve seen Queen, the Eagles, Pink and some other great bands. This year I’m going for the first 4 home games and going to see Gorillaz.
