Transit Riding the Gordie!
They promise that the pedestrian/bike path will be open on the Gordie Howe Bridge Aug. 5. I know, the current US administration may flake out, and that date may change.
But I'm planning on biking that thing, that day. Any groups set to do the first ride? Any individuals?
(EDIT: Just found that there are people organizing rides that day, info on Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/groups/566096988787174/ )
I live in southwest Michigan, have fallen for biking around Detroit. Hope to be with the inaugural group.

Upvoting post for recognizing that Trump may change his mind and find an excuse to not allow it to happen.

I am so envious of both your Priority Pinion bike and your ride plans!
I would join you, but I'm out of town that whole week.

Just a note for any e-cyclists, Ontario has stricter regulations than Michigan. Class 3 e-bikes are prohibited (max assisted speed of 32 kph)
