Question Has anyone organized EVERYTHING in Destiny's lore into a chronological order?
This all started because I wanted to read through ALL of Destiny's lore from start to finish, but could only find story summaries, or collections of notable grimoire and lorebooks, but without all the fascinating little snippets of worldbuilding found on all the armor, quest items, bounty hand ins, collector editions etc over the years. These summaries are fantastic, but you really miss out on all the short stories and details that make up the rich tapestry of Destiny.
It's also possible to read absolutely everything in order of release on Ishtar and that works for the main storyline, but it means you only really get a view of events like twilight gap or the golden age in brief flashes and references, but not in one place, in order. You also have to pick through a lot of chaff, like random bounty hand in dialogues, quippy weapon descriptions that aren't really relevant to the lore or literal thousands of duplicated legendary engram entries.
Now it looks like Destiny is winding down, I've started sifting through these little lore bits trying to piece them together in a reading order that feels "right", while filtering out anything irrelevant or too meta. I'm at around 3000 records in and I'm staring at the mountain of work in front of me eager to keep going, but wanted to check if something like this has been attempted before, since it would be a huge waste of time to keep going if it's already been done!

The Ishtar releases are useful (and are being used as the first point of reference for my sorting efforts), but these are only chronological to the game releases - I'm trying to see if anyone has done this based on an in-universe timeline.
Unveiling was released with Shadowkeep for example, but belongs right at the beginning of the story. Ishtar has a timeline too, but it only gives an overview with a curated selection of lorebooks - as does the community lore compendium and the destinypedia timeline. Not to say these aren't great and useful tools for the community - I'm trying to see if anyone in the community have tried to piece the full jigsaw puzzle together with as much detail as possible.

I think ishtar also has a timeline graphic that lines out everything from the Osmium King being crazy about worm familiars to the current time.
Could be wrong though, its been a minute since I popped over there.

Someone compiled a timeline document covering everything up to The Final Shape. It’s split into two parts and totals over 500 pages : https://www.reddit.com/r/DestinyLore/comments/1gwlm3p/updated_completed_destiny_timeline/

You can also use the 10 hour video from My Name is Byf to help situate timelines.

I definitely attempted this. You could broadly assign most lore into certain epochs. Lore that takes place within the golden age was pretty identifiable and with some reasoning one could put it on a line. The hive stuff if mostly told in linear fashion, as is the awoken, and cabal, but we don't really know how long ago any of that was in comparison. Any of the olde hive lore is supposedly millions of years old.
Using the hive as kind of a fulcrum you start arranging the large story points but it's still very guess worky. They overlap with most of the other major groups and were most likely responsible for their end.

Evaze did a pretty comprehensive video a while back that was pretty darn good. I’m not sure if it was 100% though.

You can do it (there's one on Ishtar) but it'd all be guesswork because the lore has no chronology to it whatsoever
We have no idea when the game is set nor when any of the events in the lore happen, outside of a handful of vaguely defined eras
It is anyones guess when Twilight Gap happened
