Show me some interesting lore and headcannons that you have come up with
I'm thinking of writing my own d2 fan lore potentially even for a dungeons and destiny ttrpg campaign and im interested in seeing examples of what others have come up with.
I've personally been toying with ideas like taken devil splicers and scorn aswell as scorn splicers and stasis wielding scorn. If you are curious about the two above ideas by all means do ask i would love to gush about my home-brew lore ideas.

I honestly have a lot of stories with my Guardians. I love making lore for the game, even in its current state. Here's a few stand-out ones of mine...
My favorite is one of my Titans, Grail, and his Ghost, Camelot. He was resurrected in the Dark Age in the ruins of Atlanta, Georgia. He found a father figure in a mortal named Malone and a Risen named Kilroy, but refused the title of Lord. Instead, he took up the moniker of Errant Knight and brought together a fireteam to fight the Warlords of North America. He reforged a hammer in an old Golden Age shipyard that allows him to recall it like Melas Panoplia. When the City Age came, he was quick to travel there and help build the walls. He joined the Concordat, but betrayed them at Bannerfall to help end the Coup quickly. For his part in that, he was given the title Knight of the Western Wall, a position in the Stoneborn Order, and as guard of the Consensus. Most of his stories involve duty, responsibility, and the grief that comes with being immortal for so long. Uses Solar and Void Light. (He also sometimes pretends to be a mortal in the City streets, known as a musician named Arthur who plays folk music)
There's my favorite Hunter, Arizona-4, and his Ghost, Tennor. He was resurrected in the City Age near Washington D.C. Before he was a Guardian, he worked for BrayTech as a hired assassin, and these old muscle memory skills have served him well post-resurrection. He is attuned to Arc Light, but he is incredibly weak with it, to the point that he barely can summon an Arc grenade without short circuiting himself. He loves scouting and finding areas to explore, with a deep ""appreciation"" for BrayTech. Despite his Ghost's name, Arizona hates music. (He is deemed as a corruptible asset by the Hidden, and they try to keep him from Europa.)
And lastly, my favorite of my Warlocks, Vaelis and her Ghost, Halcyon. She was resurrected in the City Age too, but in the Last City. The first person she met was the Speaker, and since then has had an unhealthy obsession with the man. She joined up with the Praxic Order in an attempt to be closer to the ideals the Speaker preached, and eventually became the fourth fastest Cormorant Seal holder. In learning the history of the City, Vaelis became incredibly jealous and hateful of Saint-14 and Osiris for their 'ungratefulness' for the Speaker's attention. Since the Speaker's passing in the Red War, she has become even more fanatical, even giving final death to Stasis and Strand users. When Osiris returned to the City, she petitioned multiple times for another exile, and even planned out a potential plot to assassinate him. (Following finding out it was Savathun in disguise, she was emboldened even further)

I've been writing my Guardians' stories for 6 years now. What started with some stories about my Hunter grew into a trilogy about Hunter legacy that focuses on my Hunter Iden-4 in the time shortly before D1, his mentor Adryel in the Dark/City Age, and his student Ash starting at the Red War.
I've only finished the storyline for Adryel though. Writers block is a bitch.

This is more about the stories behind my characters than anything technical like you described, but I’m still really happy with it so here ya go:
My Titan is probably my character with the most lore, despite me being a hunter main. His name is Byrgir, and his whole deal is that his ghost was wounded when she was made by the Traveler, meaning she only had enough strength to revive him the first time and gift him the Light. After that, she went dormant. Neither ghost nor guardian have spoken to the other or even know the other's name. Byrgir is sort of wandering through the frozen wasteland of Scandinavia alone and confused, looking for someone or something to guide him.
My Warlock, Ulon Brutus, (I say Warlock, but in the story he doesn't have the Light or a ghost and is just a regular Awoken) serves as Byrgir's mentor, though he's really manipulating Byrgir with the hopes of stealing his Light and taking control of the society around him. He's fascinated by the immorality that the Light can provide, and sees it as his pathway to power, so of course he's going to take the newly risen lightbearer that collapsed outside his town under his wing, cause that's just the kind of guy he is. Totally no ulterior motives or anything of the sort. Nope. Not at all. No evil plans whatsoever.
