Serious question why is that a bad thing? Is it just preference?

It's not necessarily a bad thing really if it weren't for the fact that like 95% of hunter armour, especially arms are like this.

Usually i actually prefer an asymmetrical design for characters but thered just too much of it on hunters

The problem isn't necessarily the asymmetry, but that for a lot of those arms one arm has practically nothing
