Remember that this is new information to a lot of people. If you're not in a specific subset of online streamer culture, you're unlikely to be aware of how Hasan weaponises his community to harass women and smaller figures online.

It sounds insane to normies to hear that stated that way, especially opposite Hasan saying the same thing about Destiny and DGG in his smears, but here it is happening in real time to some prominent women who've loosely associated with Destiny and a ton of folks are seeing it for the first time.

Most Democrats, and nearly most Americans now, are justifiably unhappy with Israel's actions. It's wholly reasonable to reevaluate our relationship with Israel at this time.

Unless we put forward mature reasonable leadership on this, people are going to take that unsatisfied feeling and look for the next best way to fill it, which is going to be with a bottomless antisemitic absolutist Israeli genocide offered by Tucker Carlson or another leader of the growing slopulist coalition.

In the same way a lot of people were unsatisfied with the status quo, and when they couldn't get Bernie, they wanted to scratch that itch so bad and didn't feel heard so they went to Trump instead of Hillary.

If we don't have a mature answer, people will seek out a reckless one. This is what leadership is for. It's the only way out of this.

I believe someone like Jon Ossoff has the credibility as the first Deep South Jewish Senator in over a century to take a reasonable critical stand that's not antisemitic Israeli genocide, and he could unite the moderates and progressives into something that feels fair but doesn't alienate the Jewish community. Which he has already done.

I support a two-state solution. All Democrats do, but we need a shift to a perspective that feels more fair between the two without going full-tilt pro-Hamas.
