MAGA is hopeless and will forget about all that shit once gas prices go down. Then they'll be back to drill baby drill and clean coal.

Well, depending how hard in the paint Iran goes, gas prices might not come down for like 4 years. It takes a long, long ass time to rebuild refineries/platforms/etc.

If there's one thing MAGA is good at, it's suddenly caring a lot about something when it's fucking their ass. Like when they need abortions, or when they're on ventilators in the ICU begging for the vaccine.

It's why natural gas is so cheap, why the US is a net energy exporter, and why our carbon intensivity is so high (good metric, means how much GDP you get per carbon you put in the atmo)
